Never use their services! As a construction and interior design company I advise against their services. Kitchen planning and employees are fantastic but when it comes to kitchen installation everything turns out to be a nightmare. No one takes responsibility for anything. Customer service is terrible. Today I had an appointment with a kitchen installer and what happened: At the very beginning, when I greeted the kitchen fitters when I asked if my kitchen would be installed today, they told me that we would see and that's when the problems began. When signing a furniture installation agreement, it is required that all tiles need to be installed, including those on the wall. The person who comes to measure the kitchen also requires this and today I learned from the fitters of the kitchen that wall tiles can never be installed. The fitters told me that the dimensions do not match and that all the tiles in the kitchen must be removed in order to install the kitchen. I tried to contact Ikea customer service all day but without results. At around 4:30 p.m. I finally managed to speak with somone and was informed that the next kitchen installation could take place in almost 2 months. I had already paid for the kitchen installation and my countertop was to be installed on 08.11.2024. If the fitters had informed me how long I would have to wait for the next installation, the tiles would have been removed within an hour while they could start assembling the furniture in the pantry. Read moreWe had a great experience with one planning team member who was ever so helpful and then when we went back to finalise we had a different member of staff Alba who had a really bad attitude, we then went back to speak with the store about a damaged item that was sent and again she was very rude laughing and saying she didn’t care and basically saying what do you want me to do about it. My wife is heavily pregnant and we were treated like animals. She was laughing at walked away from us chewing her gum and saying she was the manager and she’s in charge.
