We came for a dinner. We wanted to have a nice grill. First of all as soon as we sat down they started to put their bin bags in the trash cans, which are located close by. Should do it before customers come for dinner! We ordered octopus and prawns, also pimentos de pardon (green peppers) and croquettes. My husband asked not to have fries with croquettes. But the dish arrived with fries anyways. It’s ok, we just left the fries and had croquettes, they were fine. I liked the peppers, which were quite nice. Than octopus arrived, it was cold and tasted like rubber. They placed potatoes underneath it, which wasn’t necessary and it would be much better if it would be served straight away from the grill. Prawns never arrived! The waiter forgot about us also, never came back to ask how was our food. We asked for a bill and the bill had our prawns, which we never had. It was no issue to take them out but when we were paying the waiter put in the machine €399, where actual bill was €39,90. It’s an honest mistake perhaps, but it’s a responsibility of the waiter to double check the amount they are putting on customer’s card. It’s good that we noticed it ! Overall...

It is the worst despicable service I ever experienced. Unfriendly, rude and by far unprofessional. All the waiters make you feel like you don’t exist. We ordered for 8 people and none of the meals came at the same time but one by one for around 45 minutes between the first and the last meal... everyone of us basically ate alone.

About the food, it looks more like a fast food chain than a regular restaurant except that for the fast food you have your order all together immediately.

Definitely try to avoid this place if you don’t want to...
