Great food and service. It has big nice terrace but we opted to eat indoors in the dining area at the back of the bar. Both the daily menu and the main menu are fabulous. Food is very fresh, and well cooked. On the first visit we had the lamb and the pig roast dishes from the main menu, they were very tasty. On a later visit we chose dishes from the daily menu. A beautifully charming restaurant slam bang in the middle of the town's Plaza Mayor. The Plaza itself is full of life, so this place is perfect to have a nice cup of coffee, or like we did, a very nice dinner while enjoying the energy of the place. The food itself was delicious, very fresh salad, superb huevos rotos, and perfect lambchops (as it should in this area of Spain). The service was extremely nice and thoughtful, very charming. We were going to eat on the terrace but decided to go inside...our advice is to go inside! Through the bar and keep going... 1906 art deco dining room; linen tablecloths & napkins, china plates & lovely glass screens. Same menus as outside terrace/in the bar including an interesting menu del dia for €14 (apparently it's€17 😀) ... We really enjoyed the food & the experience of being there ... very Spanish.
