Great food, service and lovely entertainment.

We booked a table, just as well we did as it was packed inside and out, for 4 of us last night (Tuesday) as they have Crissie Ryan the singer and violinist playing on the terrace. Shown to our table, menus and drink order taken, wine arrived and relax. Been looking forward to returning here and, with friends over, it was the ideal opportunity. We shared a prawn puree and friends went with the fish pakora - both lovely. We all went with the Indian choices for main courses (they also have an extensive Mexican selection) with sides, rice and breads, everyone agreed some of the best Indian food we’ve eaten. Horrible customer service. We just picked up our takeaway and we had ordered milkshakes to go - on the phone there was no issue with ordering this and when we got them, it was poured into a plastic Tupperware container and very melted. Firstly - why not explain on the phone you don’t do takeaway milkshakes in cups? Who expects it to be a plastic box? Second - when a customer says the food is not as expected, you should try to help make the experience better. What did she do? Argue with us saying it’s not her fault. Take some ownership, and at least try to offer something in exchange.

Crazy way to treat paying customers. Don’t go here if you expect to treated fairly...

Worst Indian food I've ever eaten. I am asian and this is the absolute worst Indian food I've ever had. It's like someone looked at some pictures of Indian food, and decided they're going to guess how it's supposed to taste from the pictures and open a restaurant selling their interpretation of what they think Indian food is.

This isn't Indian food - maybe it's supposed to be some strange fusion of Indian and Mexican food (as if they go together!) but it doesn't work.

All the 4 and 5 stars must be from people who've surgically had their taste buds removed, or so drunk out of their minds on alcohol that they don't know what...
