Sad to say this evening I had an awful experience, food took over 2 hours to arrive and when offered complementary drinks for our wait, they where then added to the bill. Not only this, when the food arrived I asked for My 3 year old's pizza to be taken off the bill ( at this point her dad had taken her home as she was tired and had waited so long) they still attempted to charge us. After asking for this, the gentleman who served us, then asked me if I wanted 'a fight ' (even though I had my 5 month old child in my arms) when I questioned him on this he called me an actress and proceeded to threaten myself and my family. Being a regular customer and not having an issue with this restaurant before, I'm shocked and disappointed. I won't be recommending or attending again. Bit of advice, don't over book if you can't serve. Simple. And don't threaten people when they have feedback or are unhappy with the service. Really like this restaurant, food is very good, prices very reasonable on the staff very friendly. Love sitting close to the pizza oven, great smells.

22/07/2023 Disappointed to have to say the service on our most recent visit was poor. We love the food here and come regularly but tonight I ordered the garlic mushroom starter which was delivered with a bread roll. When the bill comes the bread roll is charged at €1. I said I would pay the bill but I didn't think it was right to add items to the bill without customers knowing there is a charge, the manager insisted on removing the charge and once the bill was paid, made a point of asking me "where it is you go and get bread for free?" and "where do you eat bread and don't pay for it?" I tried to point out that he was missing the point I was making but was not interested and walked away. During our five day trip, we went to this place two days in a row for desserts. I am usually not a big fan of desserts, but they have good options and they taste really good. We also tried some starters, like garlic bread and gambas pil pil. I can highly recommend the gambas pil pil, this was the best place to eat it, compared to other places we tried on the same trip. We regret not eating dinner here, which have to be done during the next trip to this area. Everything we ordered from the menu was full of flavour and the correct textures.

They also have excellent service. They greeted us with big smiles and welcomed us with open arms. We never lacked attention when needed, to order more food/drinks or get the check. The staff are huge contributors to the nice and open atmosphere.
