McDonald's — Restaurant in Mijas

Bit of a letdown this McDonald's. The food, when served correctly was excellent, but nearly every order I saw that was placed had something wrong, including our order. We had ordered a large Fanta and only received a medium Fanta. When we raised this as an issue, it still took a lot of effort for the server to resolve this as he didn't believe me. Only when we placed it next to my own large Coca-Cola and shown the receipt did we receive the correct size. Sadly, nearly every person trying to collect their orders had similar issues, from missing items to completely wrong items. I'm not sure if this was just a bad night, but I don't think I've ever been in a McDonald's that has made this many mistakes or been so unhelpful at trying to resolve them for the individuals. This was the worst McDonald's experience ever. The Staff were disorganised and disinterested. Service was abysmal and reflected in the food. My McWrap came cold and too much mayonnaise which sickingly oozed out. I made two attempts to have the wrap heated, it was given back to me no warmer. The cleanliness of the place was an insult to its customers, not a clean table to be found and the floors littered in debris. The toiles were a disgrace, a burst pipe in the Gents toilet meant it was like walking in a swimming pool. Awful.i am here right now.so far from walking in the door its been 20 mins and still no food or drink.the place is filthy..toilets a disgrace and i am yet to receive 2 coffees and 2 sausage mcmuffin..order 35. There are 5 people in here only.talk about fast food..this branch is a disgrace. the manager needs sacking and if you are looking in as an operations manager of McDonald's i suggest you take action. Totally unorganized...filthy and time waiting horrendous. You should be ashamed to call yourself a McDonalds...and i am now back on it took 30 mins in total to receive my order from walking in. Coffee was cold food...
