We’ve just got back to our appointment from Restaurante El Tajo. I phoned earlier in the day to book our table of two for the meat paella. Upon arrival, we were sat immediately, then asked what drinks we’d like. He also gave us the menu in case we wanted to order starters, but we decided to go straight in for the paella. The drinks came within a couple of minutes, then we were offered a warm bread roll and we chose to have it with herbed butter and the paella shortly followed. The paella was very well presented and the gentleman dished up our plates right next to us. The paella was to die for and absolutely delicious! Every single piece of food was cleared from our plates. After the paella, we asked to see the dessert menu. We both chose the hot chocolate coulant, understanding there was a 10 minute wait for the dessert, as it was made from scratch. Holy mother of god… never in my 29 years of life have I enjoyed a dessert so much! It looked amazing, it tasted incredible and would have licked the plate if the restaurant was empty! The service was second to none, the atmosphere was lovely, with music in the background and the food was exquisite! We hope to dine there again the next time we visit the area. Muchas gracias, from...
Read moreBeen coming to the resort a few years now. Had a meal there a few years ago alway very nice. Tonight (20-10-2022) had a simple takeaway of the Burger and fries. Our apartment is literally across the road 1 min. It was gonna be about 40mins as they were so so sort of busy doing tables. Picked it up later and I could not fault it, nothing big or over the top but is was full of flavour real meat a little cheese a thin slice of bacon lightly fried onion and a slice of tomato. Best and I kid you not the BEST Burger I have had in ages. Can't wait for Friday night gonna eat in with steak... 😜 Change of plan with the steak had the shared meat paella instead, It was ok might have been better staying with the steak or the kabab. Good...

We never ordered bread, yet got offered bread after ordering, even though we said we never ordered any. The waiter said “Why not”. It came out to be €10 for five small bread rolls… a mistake we won’t make again.
Very small portions, an infant size of veg, pale chips yet the fish was nice! Only the fish (sea bass) and bread. The portion did not satisfy and did not fill any of us up. After our plates were taken away, we waited eagerly for the bill for over...
