Amadeus — Restaurant in Mogán

We have been here 8 times on 3 different holidays in the last 12 months staying alinclusive to give some background. The food and service previously has been amazing so could not wait to return again. This experience was completely different while waiting we noticed food going back but it was quite busy. Starters arrived was ok but not as good as previously. When our main course arrived it looked OK chicken salad and off their specials menu paella. The chicken was dry and over cooked and the paella was burnt on the bottom of the skillet I sent it back and they cooked a fresh on still dry but some of it was ok to eat. It was a 70 euro meal but not worth the money just left disappointed all work places have bad days if you go I hope you have a better...

Me and my girlfriend gave this place a try as the staff seemed very nice etc. and we hadn’t been before so why not.

While we was there(30mins), 2 tables got up and left, 4 other tables complained about the food. Our starter was simple, just microwaved cheese sticks. My girlfriend ordered the chicken kebab for main and I ordered the lasagna…

My lasagna was freezing cold in the middle and my girlfriend found multiple hairs in her food. We just paid for our starter/drinks and left in the end.

Will never go again and would not recommend to anyone! So many other places around Puerto Rico etc. with amazing food everywhere you look.

Have only been eating lunch here a few times. And what a waste. The bread is burned on one side. There are spots on the bacon from food that shouldn’t be in my sandwich. They put other things in the sandwich then the menu says. ‘If the menu says you should put and egg in the sandwich, you shouldn’t put ham in instead”! When you ask for a new bear, they take your old glass and fill it again! This place is only worth eating, if you are extremely hungry! The staff is fun and nice, and is defiantly the best part of this place! Go visit the place, only...
