Restaurante San Francisco Steak House — Restaurant in Mogán

Would give 0* if possible!! Me my friend and 5 children ate here, where do i start...... The man who stands outside trying to get people in was very pushy. We decided to give it a go. We had to send all drinks back as they were flat and the waitress was very unhappy with us for doing so, no apology just dirty looks. Then the children had all finished their meals before we got our mains. When our main came (we ordered the chicken breast) we had 1 bite and literally spat it back out. It was vile!! When we approached staff they were very unhelpful,so we decided to speak to the man who convinced us to go in. He was so rude and argumentitve. Even saying "well u clearly prefer frozen food if u dont like our food" to then start saying (with a raised voice) go and ask all our customers how nice our food is,go on, go and ask them. The poor custumers looked very embarrassed as did we. So we ended up spending double to go and eat elsewhere. If you want good food and good service then go across to Torro bravo europa. They will definitely...

The food and staff were really good. What let's the review down massively is the fact that, as we sat in this restaurant to eat around 10.30pm at night (Me, my husband and 15yr old daughter) we witnessed the men in this restaurant serve 2 young girls around the age of 13/14 vodka and coke by the pint glass. They then called their friend on the phone, and what looked like a 12 yr old boy turned up and also got served a pint of vodka and coke. One of the staff members then asked them for a kiss. The whole thing was well weird and uncomfortable, and the men in the back were all laughing and jeering, thinking it was a great joke. It screamed nonce's taking advantage of young English girls. The whole thing disgusted me. (And God knows where the parents of these kids were!) Based on this, we wouldn't return, which is a shame as the food and service was good up...

Although very busy the food was a let down I ordered chicken Kiev and it came extremely dry not one bit of garlic butter, when bringing to the attention of a waiter he said it is because one customer complained there was to much garlic oil/butter😳😳. That person mustn't know what chicken Kiev is it is supposed to be oozing with it🤣 but for them to put zero in and for it to be just literally dry breaded chicken is just BEYOND ME! Waiter was joking around and not taking it serious he offered us some free drinks ( baileys) which we politely declined as we didn't want any drinks. I think I was well within my rights for a partial refund but when I mentioned this to him he just laughed.
