Last year, we were attracted by an advert in the local press that advertised a set meal with bottle of wine per couple for E9.99. They boasted that lots of places did a set menu at this price, but they were the only ones to include the drink. On arrival a waiter asked us where we wanted to sit, and said we could sit anywhere. We indicated a table in the back corner, and he showed us there (even though it was not set out). Next a waitress came over, and complained that we had sat at a table that wasnt set out, and we should sit at a table that they had layed out! We explained that the waiter had said it was OK, and she "tutted" loudly. We looked at the menu, and she asked us for drinks. I explained we were having the set menu, and it came with a bottle of wine. She said no it didnt, there were no drinks included. We explained that we had seen the advert, and she said we were wrong! After a little discussion, she then said it was a printing error. (a printing error is adding or forgetting an odd word, not adding a whole sentence, boasting that theirs was the only menu to come with drinks). We asked to speak to the manager, and she said he was not there. We were so disgusted with the attitude - having first being told we were liars and then saying it was a printing error, but not appologising or offering a compromise - so we left. The following day we returned with the advert, to see the manger. Yet again he was not present and they refused to get him on the phone. They said he would not be back for 2 days. They could not see the problem, even though we had the advert (from that weeks press), just saying it was an error. In Spain, by law all businesses must have a complaints book for people to write in. When I asked for it, I was told that the manager had it. I explained it must be present at the premises, but they were not interested. Unfortunately, we flew home before the manager was due back. I vowed to put a comment on trip advisor, but for some reason they are not listed. I have now discovered Google reviews and so post it here to...

When we got the bill they charged extra for tea and coffee which is supposed to be included. When we pointed this out, the server said it was extra, even though the sign outside clearly says it...
