were simply inquiring about a menu… pretty out of the ordinary thing to ask at a restaurant right? After that interaction, we watched multiple people who were seated almost 20 minutes after us, get their food BEFORE us. I’ve worked in food service for many years and I know this petty game when I see it. Anyways, when the food finally came, they got our orders wrong they left out an item completely and then only made 2 croquettes when there should have been 3. When we told the waitress, she said, no problem we’ll get that right out to you. We waited for another 15 minutes and no food showed up. By now, we finished all of our food and drink and was awkwardly waiting around. I then asked for the check because there was definitely no food coming our way. When we got the check, I scanned over it to see that we were charged for 5 croquettes!! When I told the rude short man with dark brown hair, he got SO DEFENSIVE. Buddy. You’re the one making mistakes. Get a grip and learn how to run a restaurant. We are never coming back. Side note - I am writing this in English because the man also made a comment about how my family speaks and rudely told us to stop...

El sábado 8 teníamos reserva a las 14:30 para comer y es cierto que llegamos 20 minutos tarde, aunque avisamos por WhatsApp (ayer me responden que acaban de leer el mensaje porque la línea "les va mal"). Cuando llegamos "no había problema", hay mesas libres y nos sentaron dentro como habíamos quedado al hacer la reserva el día anterior. Empezaron mal, tardaron más de 15 minutos en tomarnos nota de la bebida y otros tantos en servirla, pero otro tanto aún más en tomarnos nota de la comida. Eran ya las 15:30 y llevábamos más de media hora sentadas. Avisamos a la camarera al pedir que teníamos prisa pues debíamos de volver al Congreso del que veníamos en el auditorio, pero dio igual, eran las 4 menos algo cuando sirvieron los nachos con carne, dejando a la persona vegana mirando pues fue mucho más tarde cuando trajeron los nachos veganos. Preguntábamos insistentemente cuánto le faltaban a los platos principales a lo que siempre respondían que "en 5 minutos". A las 16:30 finalmente sin comer ni nadie que nos diera información real nos tuvimos que levantar y acercarnos a la barra (ni nos traían la cuenta a la mesa cuando la pedimos) para pagar lo poco y mal que pudimos tomar: la bebida y los simples nachos en hora y media. Ni una disculpa ni ganas de quedar bien o arreglar la situación en ningún momento, y encima con malas caras al irnos. Indignación es poco pero es que todas las mesas estaban igual. Personal nada cualificado y servicio, organización y atención nulos. Hubiera sido al menos honesto por su parte avisar de que se iba a tardar más de una hora en servir la comida (1 hamburguesa y 3 crepes) y podríamos haber buscado otra opción, pero ni eso. No sé si fue algo puntual o el día a día del restaurante pero fue tan lamentable en todos los sentidos que no lo...

Very delicious and reasonably priced gluten free food. The service is very good and friendly, the food comes fast and the portions are big.
