Circo Burger — Restaurant in Murcia

Terrible. They charged my wife for her drink and her sister's drink. Then later charged those drinks again on the total bill. So please if you go there religiously read your receipts. She has tried to contact them. We have 9 witnesses and they should have cameras. My wife paid cash. Now I understand it was only 7 euros what was explained to me. But theft is theft. If this was America there would easily be a lawsuit. This happened last Friday. They have lost our business and more. I wish I could give them negative stars but I am just trying to give all you guys a warning of what happened. It will probably never be resolved. But if 7 euros helps them sleep at night, so be it. I will try to call later today to speak to a manager or owner but I don't have high hopes. ... Here is the continuation: they called my wife and said sorry and said they would refund the money. Then invite them to free drinks and dinner. Now they have just called my wife saying they are not offering the free drinks and food. More lies. Just be careful if you go there. Es la primera vez que íbamos a esta hamburguesería, estaba buscando sitios donde hicieran alguna hamburguesa con estilo de Halloween, y este local sacó una, así que decidimos pasarnos a probar su comida, y salimos bastante contentas de allí.

Pedimos entrante, principal y postre:

-Nachos circo: 9/10. Pedimos media razon para dos personas, mas el extra de pulled pork. Estaban tan ricos que nos hubiéramos comido unos pocos más, pero es una media ración aceptable para dos personas. La grande si hubiera sido mucho para dos. Nos sorprendió muchísimo, se notaban que los totopos eran caseros, estaban espectaculares, y el guacamole, mozzarella fundida y el pico de gallo realmente buenos, el pulled pork increíble, se deshacía en la boca, estaba súper bueno. La única pega es que el cremoso de queso (creo que tiene que ser ese ingrediente) es muy picante, la chica que nos atendió nos advirtió que picaba y realmente fue así, menos mal que no estaba en todo el plato, y afortunadamente lo pudimos quitar y dejarlo en otro plato. No me gusta el picante, pero lo puedo soportar si no pica mucho, pero eso si que picaba demasiado. Pero, en general, recomiendo estos nachos.

-Hamburguesa dead burguer: 9”5/10. La burguer por la que decimos ir para celebrar Halloween, es bonita visualmente te choca ver ese color negro en el pan, y la mermelada de cereza que parece sangre. Sinceramente estaba muy buena, la carne nos sorprendió y nos encantó sabía a carne de buena calidad. La única pega es que el queso de cabra prevalecía mucho sobre toda la hamburguesa con un sabor bastante fuerte, a mi me gusta ese tipo de queso pero esa noche se me hizo un poco pesado de comer el queso de cabra.

-Patatas que lleva la hamburguesa: 10/10. A mi me encanta que la hamburguesa lleve patatas fritas, y estas están espectaculares para mi gusto, súper crujientes y de un gran sabor, y se notan que son caseras.

-Tarta de galleta lotus: 8”75/10. Un sabor suave, pero muy bueno, sabia a lotus pero no tanto como yo esperaba, visualmente es bonita, pero me falto un sabor más fuerte a lotus, es un buen postre para terminar la cena, el tamaño es correcto.

El local estaba muy bien decorado con la temática de Halloween, y es bonito en sí. No es muy grande el restaurante, así que recomiendo reservar, por si vais y no tenéis mesa. Mejor reservar.

Esta bien ubicado, un poco alejado del centro de Murcia, pero no está mal, está detrás de la catedral de Murcia.

El servicio fue muy bueno y rápido. Los camareros nos atendieron muy bien, además de muy majos, salió la comida en muy poco tiempo.

I’m coeliac and pescatarian. I asked for the allergens menu because the online one wasn’t loading and they just didn’t have a physical one and didn’t care to explain or help me find a dish I could have. Even though they have gluten-free buns they don’t have a veggie gluten-free burger so I had to order nachos without the meat.

The food took over an hour. We also ordered normal nachos to share with the table but when it was time for my main nachos to come I was told they couldn’t serve them anymore because they had prepared them early and they had gone chewy.

I expressed the fact that I wasn’t able to eat almost anything else in the menu. I was offered a few alternatives to which I accepted because otherwise wouldn’t be able to eat anything. The waitress was rude and seemed surprised at my request.
