De Sucre — Restaurant in Ondara

I usually only come to this place during low tourists season because during the summer months, it's always full of people.

Located in the shopping centre opposite Casa, this is one of the two coffee shop (excluding McCafe) on the ground level in La Marina Ondara. Apart from drinks, they also sell a good selections of pastries, sandwiches and cakes. It's a great place for a shopping break, or waiting for your love ones to finish his/her shopping, while you treat yourself with a coffee and cake.

Service-wise, it's always good. We never had to wait long before one of the waitresses come to...

Asunto: Mala experiencia en el servicio (30/08)

Estimados,

Soy cliente habitual de su establecimiento y, lamentablemente, quiero expresar mi descontento por el servicio recibido el día de hoy (30/08). Esta es la tercera vez consecutiva que me veo en la situación de esperar más de 25 minutos para que nos tomen la nota, mientras que otras mesas, que llegaron después de nosotros, fueron atendidas antes.

Este tipo de trato no solo afecta mi experiencia, sino que también genera una sensación de desvalorización como cliente. Vengo todos los fines de semana, pero después de lo ocurrido hoy, he decidido no volver más. Considero que la atención al cliente es fundamental, y no siento que se haya respetado eso.
