Walked past this place many times before and the pinchos always look good, so I decided to give it a try since it's Sunday, and pinchos are just €1 each.

The way it works is like buffet style. You take an empty plate from the side, and you help yourself with whatever pinchos you like. All the pinchos are kept behind a glass display unit with a flap.

The pinchos are of great quality. They are definitely not skimping on the ingredients. The size of pinchos are good, so you can't eat too many before you are full.

The service was great. The staff was friendly. She offered to heat up the warm pinchos for us if we want. And while we were at the table, she bought us some freshly made hot pinchos to see if we want any.

The only complaint I have is the glass display unit with the flap. It feels unhygienic having need to touch the flap to get the pinchos. (You have no idea how many people don't wash their hands after going to the toilet)...I would much prefer if there is somebody behind the counter serving the food instead.

The mall was full crowded today. The restaurant was packed. However, the waitress, very cheerful, quickly came to take our drink order. We ordered our pinchos directly from the bar, and despite the crowd, the assortments were well stocked. The quality is certainly not the same as it used to be 25 years ago, but it remains generally decent from a gastronomic point of view, even if a few improvements in ingredient combinations could avoid some taste errors, especially considering the price of the final ticket, which is excessive compared to a full menu at a local restaurant. The service was perfect during our visit, and I must highlight the quality of the Cappuccini we were served, especially the decaffeinated one. The place is certainly a little noisy when the mall is crowded, but that's a one-off issue. It's a shame that the quality of wine tasting isn't there anymore, but this is in line with a current trend where customers no longer have the palate and knowledge to enjoy anything other than low quality...

Cher. Peu convivial. Pour une (petite) pause café. Ouais..... qualité ok, service de m.... Personnel (de ce jour 18/01/24 11.30) peu concerné, sans aucune conscience professionnelle et peu amène. De plus l'adresse mail fournie dans la réponse apparaît comme inexacte. Bonjour, je tiens à préciser, qu'il s'agit toujours de la même personne. Car ce n'est pas la première fois que nous vivons ce genre de comportemant de la part de cette dame. Vos devriez mener une inspection de manière anonyme. La serveuse blonde n'est pas en cause et n'était pas là au moment de ma commande. Idem pour la serveuse à la corpulence légèrement ronde. Ma critique va vers une personne de type africain. Cela m'embête énormément, car on pourrait supposer que c'est cela qui engendre mon commentaire. Mais, pas du tout. Il suffit comme je le suggère plus haut de vous déplacer, ou déléguer un inspecteur incognito sur place, +/- au moment du début de service de cette personne. Lenteur volontaire au service ainsi qu'à la demande de la note. Nous étions les seuls clients, il a fallu 18 minutes à cette dame pour prendre notre commande et servir. Il (m')est interdit de filmer ou photographier une personne sans son consentement, autrement ce serait fait depuis longtemps. Merci pour votre prise en compte et du suivi de l'avis des clients

Hola, quisiera aclarar que sigue siendo la misma persona. Porque esta no es la primera vez que experimentamos este tipo de comportamiento por parte de esta señora. Debe realizar una inspección de forma anónima. La camarera rubia no tiene la culpa y no estaba allí en el momento de mi pedido. Lo mismo ocurre con la camarera de complexión ligeramente redonda. Mi crítica está dirigida a una persona de tipo africano. Esto me molesta mucho, porque se podría suponer que esto es lo que motivó mi comentario. Pero no del todo. Como sugerí anteriormente, todo lo que necesita hacer es viajar o delegar a un inspector de incógnito en el sitio, +/- en el momento en que esta persona comienza su servicio. Lentitud intencionada en el servicio así como en la solicitud de la nota. Éramos los únicos clientes, a esta señora le tomó 18 minutos tomar nuestro pedido y servirnos. Tengo prohibido filmar o fotografiar a una persona sin su consentimiento, de lo contrario ya se hubiera hecho hace mucho tiempo. Gracias por tomar en cuenta y dar seguimiento a los comentarios de...
