Visited last night with my partner Julie after reading the very good reviews. My experience got off to a poor start ... popadoms were stale explained this to staff who said the air had got to them.! ( also the dips with popadoms could be improved on) Starters of prawn puri and meat samosas were very nice. Mains of king prawn pasanda and lamb Rogan Josh were very tasty and Julie said the lamb was very tender and sauce not too spicy as per her request to make it a bit milder for her taste buds. Naan and pilau rice were good quality as well. We had the set menu for 2 at 27.90€ includes a bottle of wine. When the bill came they had not charged us for the king prawns (extra charge on set menu) or the large bottle of water. This nice gesture after the poor start to the meal I have pleasure in giving this nice restaurant a 5 star review. Will definitely return again soon. Give this place a try I'm sure you will leave more...
Read moreThe Bombay Supper Club Playa flamenca comercial Well... I normally go to another local curry restaurant but I have been told this place is good. They were not joking. Customer service was brilliant. They would accommodate whatever I wanted I think. Food.. fresh, presented so well and bloody bloody tasty... Had the chicken pakora to start Special byriani and a pashwari naan. Oh and 2 beers. So good to see fresh Indian food at its best. They haven't been open long but I'm sure they are going to do well. Like a breath of fresh air and cooked so well. It was like you could almost take the individual spices and peppers.. This is the standing of a business that will grow and grow and compete with all the other businesses in the area and not just curry. Lovely meal and thankyou for the great...
Read moreThis is one of the two best Indian restaurants I have visited in Europe in the last 10-15 years. An attractive, clean restaurant with knowledgeable and helpful staff supplement a simple but thorough menu. Flavours are fantastic and for those from the UK who like things a bit spicier then you shouldn’t be disappointed. The spices and the flavours from the sauces are a pleasure and the meat perfectly tender. A decent wine list is on offer too. I was in the area only for 4 days in late November but ate here twice as the food and the atmosphere were so good. The house tempranillo is also recommended. Waiting staff, kitchen and the management deserve credit for doing good food well. Can’t wait...
