Let’s start with the food. Definitely overpriced. Located in the main square. Definitely not worth it and not worth the hype. It was ok. Moving on to service. There were 2 waiters. Both thin. One was younger with a beard. He was great. My beef is with the older one. He was skinny, clean shaven, older, and a racist. If I spoke Spanish , I would have given him a piece of my mind. Wasn’t about to get into it with someone using a translator. Too much attitude when I asked him, Habla ingles? Complete lack of attention and service. Ordered vine and he got a glass from another table. It was dirty. I noticed him then picking up another glass from the same table, checking it and brought it over. Poured red vine in it and left. Luckily, I noticed there was left over food in that glass. I was able to get the other waiters attention who promptly poured vine in a new glass. The younger waiter served us and he was professional and courteous. He was the exact opposite of the older one who is terrible at his job. Tourists just avoid this. Plenty of places to spend your money, where they actually want to serve you. If you still decide to go, note that the bread they serve you when you sit down is €1.50 each and there’s a 10% tax for sitting outside.

We had the chance of dinning here and it was an amazing experience: Pixin's fried (monkfish) was delicious, but also all the seafood and fish that we tasted. Special mention to verdinas (very tender legumes) with seafood. Also, it is remarcable the staff good behaviour and the quality/price ratio... Including wines, desserts and liquors, we ended up with a ratio of €55 per person, which in other places would have been more than €100.

It's popular, and does decent food, but well overpriced for what it was. Sharing plates ranging between 15-20 euro each, when you can get an excellent quality menu del dia for that money at other places. Waiting staff weren't rude but definitely 'perfunctory'. Didn't taste or experience anything that would make us want to come back again.
