Fuerte Pizza — Restaurant in Pájara

I would like recommend this pizza place very very much. For 2 pizzas, 3 drinks we have paid 22 euro only! I must admit pizza was perfectly made by the Italians and these guys know how to make pizzas! Waitress was also absolutely superb, nice and helpful. I have drop my fork on the floor, never even asked for another one and 5 seconds later clean fork was handed in! You must go from behind upstairs, it’s located bit behind but if you find this place - that is real gem between overpriced places in this popular beach resort. Why would you buy a pizza from anyone else but Italians? Really stop reading these reviews and make your way up there, what you waiting for? ;-) enjoy! We have ordered two pizzas, one pizza had a LONG BLACK HAIR kneaded in the dough base, I though I will puke when I felt it in my mouth. I had to throw out the whole pizza because I could not take it out. UNEXEPTABLE. It means that pizza is not made in the hygenic conditions. Disgusting. Both pizzas had a ham which was unfresh, tasted sour and had a strong rotten smell. Disgusting I do not know why there is do many good reviews about this place.

Pizza is also very small and the amount of ingredients on the pizza it is not satisfying. I had 5 shrims (these tiny 1 cm ones), on the whole pizza. I will not come here again, for me the hygiene of the food preparation is a must!!! I should have asked for a refund, I dont know why...

After we discovered this restaurant across from our hotel and noticed the huge number of visitors, we decided to give it a try and were so pleased, we came back several times throughout our vacation. We were allowed to eat the most delicious pizzas we ever had. The ingredients are fresh and perfectly cooked. The owners and the employees are a wonderful and committed team. You instantly notice the love that radiates into the food. To everyone who still has some space left in their stomachs we'd recommend to try one of the delicious desserts.
