We stopped here ona hot day to get some juice for the kids and some food for the wife, we ordered 2 strawberry splits for the kids and a pizza n fries plus a coke for the wife

When the drinks came for the children, I noticed they are a bit too dark, and upon tasting them I found this is definitely the wrong drink as it strongly tasted of beetroot, when I called the waiter to question it, he was adamant that this is the strawberry split with banana and papaya, despite me telling him repeatedly that it doesn't taste anything like strawberry and more like beetroot, he just got irritated and wouldn't change his mind, I held my ground and asked to speak to the person who made it, the waiter then asked the lady in the kitchen and surprise surprise, it was the wrong drink!

It turned out they ran out of strawberry spilt and just thought we wouldn't notice! What if my children were allergic? Unacceptable service! We also never had the coke and fries with the pizza! When we finished the waiter asked" do you still need it? "

We have been twice to this restaurant in the evenings. Food was excellent on both occasions. The position is wonderful - views across the bay, and the sound of crashing waves. The first time, we had a very attentive, well-informed and friendly, waiter (with beard), and immediately reserved another evening with him. The second time, the waiters were not so good (bringing an unknown red wine - and stating it was "very good", although I expect he had NEVER tasted it!) and very inattentive the whole evening. No 'personal' approach - it was almost as if they didn't want to be there, and we just 'doing a job - this ruins the enjoyment of eating out.
