Displeased with Host's Response
Subject: Disappointing Experience with Restaurant Host
Dear Restaurant Management,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your restaurant hosts during my recent visit( 31.05.2023 around 7pm ) to your Restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular host (Host description: curly blonde hair, purple top , black trousers) was highly disappointing and left a negative impression on what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.
Upon arriving at your establishment and requesting a table for three, I was met by the host who initially seemed accommodating. However, instead of promptly showing us to a table or providing any information about the available seating options, I was perplexed when the host suggested that I check the prices from the menu before proceeding further. This response struck me as highly unprofessional and unfriendly.
As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a warm and welcoming reception when visiting a restaurant. The host's response not only lacked the basic courtesy that one would anticipate, but it also left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a potential customer. It is crucial to note that I did not inquire about the prices at that moment, but rather requested a table for my dinner. The host's misinterpretation of my simple request was disappointing, to say the least.
This incident tarnished my overall perception of your establishment, as the first point of contact with your staff is a vital opportunity to create a positive impression. The lack of professionalism displayed by your host reflected poorly on the restaurant's brand and reputation. I strongly believe that customer service should be a priority in any hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this instance fell far short of meeting even the most basic expectations.
I hope that this feedback will serve as an opportunity for you to address the issue and take the necessary steps to improve the training and conduct of your restaurant hosts. It is crucial to foster a welcoming environment that puts customers at ease and makes them feel valued.
I sincerely hope that my negative experience was an exception and not indicative of the overall quality of your restaurant. I believe that by addressing this issue promptly and effectively, you can work towards ensuring that future customers have a more positive and satisfying dining experience at your Restaurant.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to seeing improvements in the service quality of your...
Read moreGreat DJ, amazing interior - and that's all what's good about this place. Covid-wise, we were not provided with any hand sanitizer or any other way to clear hands before eating, thanksfully we had our own wipes. Distance between tables is super small, we were placed (additionally paid reservation table!) in the entrance, through our whole stay a lot of people walked by our table including staff carrying plates and drinks.. Not too cool. We decided to try out the most basic meals, which were two paella with seafood. Others in their reviews mentioned long waiting time - we did not expect it at all but what is worth pointing, is there were too few staff members to cover that many tables. Seriously, those ladies and gentlemen were doing 200% of norm trying to keep up with everything, and their hard work is really worth appreciating! Now, finally, about the food. Paella was super salty, fat and it contained only rice and few seafoods. Each paella was (AFAIR) 22.50€ and the value vs quality was extremely off! We were hardly disappointed with the meals, on top of that we took "sangria bottle show 1.2" (30€) that was poured into a jag with fruits and ice.. A lot of ice... and because of that, all the sangria glasses we had tasted like wine diluted with water. Hoping the desserts would save our evening, we took creme brulee and tiramisu. The second one was "ok", the first was fully taste-free.
To sum up, we came hungry and we left hungry. If you would like to go and take a pic for Instagram - go ahead, otherwise don't waste your time....
Read moreLooking fancy from outside, all nice an pretty, until you taste the food. The vegan burger looked interesting, but the food colourant wasn't needed (even if it was naturally made with spinach or something). The bun was green in colour and was sweet (with sugar in it, not naturally sweet). The beyond meat patty was tasty, but the burger literally only had the bun, the patty, some green lettuce, arugula and some onion. That's it. Nothing else, no sauce or anything. It came with fries (basic frozen ones. You get better ones at McDonald's). And the portion was small. €15.
My boyfriend ordered the Chile Beef burger, but again, apart from the patty which was ok, it was super basic. Basic bun, two sad slices of tomato and one iceberg lettuce leaf. No sauce, no cheese nothing else. Came with the same basic fries. His one was €20. And he was still hungry after it.
The food was absolutely not worthy, unfortunately. Shame, because the ambient and design of the place is...
