Not sure how many stars to put, because I like the place, and the coffee, and I come here often. But one of the staff has charged me wrong for the coffee, like 50 cents more. And when I said it was normally less, the excuse was that “that price is for ppl who come often and he didn’t know i was a regular” which doesn’t sound to me like a legit reason. I looked at the menu and it was the ‘lower’ price, which I assume should be charged to all the customers regardless, since it’s like that on the menu. This was very disappointing. Also I wasn’t offered any solution, for example giving me back the money I have overpaid? Wouldn’t have to write this now. In the end of the day it’s not about 50 cents but the attitude. So be careful and check how much are you being charged…

I was absolutely amazed! The highlight of the menu for me was the Raf coffee – I tried it for the very first time, and it left an unforgettable impression. It was incredibly smooth, rich, and full of flavor. I asked for just a touch of vanilla syrup, not too much, so it wouldn’t overpower the natural taste – and it was simply perfect. One of the most delicious coffee experiences I’ve ever had! The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it even better. Highly recommend this place, especially if you want to discover how wonderful a Raf coffee can be.

soo, beautiful café in the very heart of palma! the girls working there are super nice and I can honestly say I had the best cappucino ever! Something really important: they have gluten free, lactose free and vegan options. they assured us that they pay attention to cross contamination for the food and both the brownie and the banana bread are super good! definitely recommend the place, especially if you’re celiac and you want to have a nice breakfast!!🌼
