APRIL 2025 UPDATE!
Google doesn't allow you to make a new review, even after 2 years when anything can happen to a restaurant, so here I am updating a review from a couple of years ago!
We went two years ago and remembered how amazing the pizzas were... And we just had to go back, and we weren't disappointed.
There's a really big range of pizzas, as well as good pastas that there's got to be something for everyone. And what's best is how quick they come out! Piping hot, you know that pizza oven is working hard!
We went midweek in April, around 1830 and there was no one there, so we were seated really easily without reservation (party of 6), but as the night went on, it filled up and there was constantly delivery guys coming in to pick up pizzas.
The restaurant still has a really lovely setting, and really lovely staff.
We had a white pizza, the carbonara which was delicious - quality bacon with parmesan and egg, as well as the burratino which came with a whole delicious burrata plonked on top.
What I loved most though was that they look big, but because they're so fresh and crisp, they feel really light to eat. An adult can easily eat a whole one!
And the value is incredible. It's so worth the walk up from the beach to go eat here, it's great food with great service that comes out quickly and it's just really really delicious fresh pizza!
Old review:
Lovely find set back from the waterfront, but less than a 10 minute walk from it.
Such good value for the size and deliciousness you get, plus really friendly service. Our waiter was so smiley and was great with the children.
We ordered a few starters, beers and pizzas for all, and they were all super thin and delicious. You can tell they were hand formed in a proper pizza oven.
The restaurant is in a nice setting too, and well worth going away from the seafront for. The quality is awesome for €10 - €12 a pizza.
Definitely...
Read moreAbsolutely one of the best restaurants in the area. Straight from when you walk in the atmosphere is incredible. The various plants and vines provide a sheltered but open feel as well as making it feel like a really authentic Italian experience. The staff are so hard working and caring. Really great to chat to and always have a smile on their face. Phillip in particular is an outstanding worker. He's incredibly friendly and funny and really tries his best when catering to you. Also don't be put off if your an English speaker. The staff know perfect English and will try their hardest to make your experience the best it can be. But if you do go and Phillip is your server please leave a good tip. He really deserves it. The food is the same as the rest of the restaurant, absolutely phenomenal. First tune I went I tried a pasta dish which was incredible. But the second time I had the pizza. This was by far the best pizza I've ever had. I would highly highly recommend you try one. You will not be disappointed. Overall this restaurant alone is nearly worth coming to Pollenca. It's like a little slice of Italy...
Read moreThe food here is absolutely delicious and probably one of the best for not only value but also quality during our two week stay on the island. The resfaurant is small, but the outdoor area, covered with vines and bougainvillaea gives it a lovely atmosphere. It is clear the restaurant is family run, and all the food was clearly handmade. We had a garlic bread pizza for starter, 2 pasta dishes for main (carbonara, and Lasagne) and 2 desserts (cheesecake and Profiteroles), a soft drink and an aperol spritz. For €60 we thought this was exceptional value given the quality and deliciousness of the food! This is a definite "must visit" if you are planning to dine...
