Can't recommend it at all. Looks lovely and spacious (we came with a baby and pram) and the menu seemed promising, so we went in.
Downhill from there: we asked to be seated inside which the waiter didn't like, but accepted we don't drink alcohol, so we weren't offered bread and olives like all other tables. Fine by me, but seemed odd. waiter came to take the order as my partner went to the bathroom - then got annoyed when I said I didn't know what he wanted food was delivered when my partner was outside with a cranky baby. Would have been nice to keep it warm until he returned. food tasted mediocre at best. I've had worse, but there are soo much better restaurants in the area.
Finally, we wanted to leave when our baby got upset as we didn't want to be a nuisance to other guests. I assume they thought we were trying to run out without paying, but how they handled it was bizarre. My partner manoeuvred the pram out while I walked to the cashier spot. I was intercepted by the waiter who sent me back to our table pretty harshly with an unambiguous borderline aggressive hand gesture while another waiter shouted at me "what do you want?!" so I replied "I was trying to pay and leave".
All surrounding guests were staring at the scene which was embarrassing. Credit to the lady who came over to take the payment - at least she read the room and made the payment a quick effortless...

My partner and I ordered the split paella - seafood one side and chicken + chorizo on the other. The C+C was edible but not worth the money by any means - the seafood seemed to be pretty good by my partner’s reckoning.
It’s a little awkward with the servings though - your not empty (but definitely a serving or so) paella pan is left sitting on a cart metres away so the options are - leave it, ask to be served or, walk up and serve yourself…
The moment I saw the bill, I remembered that in Spain, the bread and the olives get thrown at you in the hope that you bite. We were hungry enough that we did so. However it looked like someone had taken a nibble out of some of the olives and placed them back, hoping not to pay.
The one positive is that the playground is in front of...
Read moreBrisas Restaurant presents a visually appealing atmosphere and attentive service, but unfortunately, the culinary experience fell short of expectations. While the setting is pleasant—clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming—the food did not meet the standards one might anticipate from such an environment.
The service was courteous and responsive, with staff making a commendable effort to ensure guests were comfortable. However, the quality of the dishes left much to be desired. The beef was notably tough and overly chewy, making it difficult to enjoy. The chicken lacked moisture and flavor, resulting in a dry and underwhelming entrée. The rice, while acceptable, did little to elevate the overall meal.
Despite the positive aspects of the ambiance and service, the inconsistencies in food quality made the experience disappointing. Based on this visit, we would not choose to return, as there are many other dining options in the area that offer a more satisfying...
