Favourite place I ate on holiday!

I stopped on my last day for a chicken baguette during the day from the takeaway section. Absolutely banging, loved every bite and was annoyed at myself I hadn’t went earlier in the holiday or would have had those baguettes several times over the week.

That same evening it started battering down with rain so changed our dinner plans and went here since it was close to the hotel. As a starter I had calamari which was fantastic and a big generous portion.

For the main I got lamb shoulder which I expected to be a small dainty piece of meat as lamb usually is. What arrived however had my regretting the starter. An actual massive chunk of lamb shoulder that was both beautiful tasting and very filling. Fall apart meat!

My girlfriend had the German pizza which she also really enjoyed (I managed to get a bit of what she couldn’t finish and was very tasty 😋)

Will definitely be back here if I return to...

The food at this lovely sea view restaurant is super tasty. We had given it a wide birth originally on passing as the chalk board indicated it was simply trying to get the basic Brit holiday makers advertising cod and chips. However, after visiting for a cocktail one evening we realised how lovely the staff were and how much more varied the menu is.

I’ve had lunch and dinner there. The portions are generous, the staff very helpful, the food very tasty.

Over the lunch and dinner we tried….goats cheese salad, veggy pizza, tempura veg, padron peppers, veg paella. All freshly cooked/prepared, presented beautifully...

We were in this restaurant two families with children. We ordered the children's menu hamburger + ice cream for the children. After about an hour of waiting, and a few questions, when the guests who came after us got their food, the annoying staff brought us charred burgers and bad fries. The top was ice cream, when the waiter brought 4 frozen yoghurts with a plastic spoon after a reminder. The other dishes, mostly salad, were average, not well-flavored. Maybe we were just unlucky, I definitely don't recommend...
