Restaurante Siurell — Restaurant in Pollença

My wife and I visited this restaurant, as it looked like a lovely traditional spot. We had an issue with our main course and brought it to the server’s attention. Our meat paella was riddled with very small and sharp/shattered bones. While I understand that paella can contain bones, the amount of bones rendered the dish dangerous and inedible. While the two main female servers we had were so lovely and hospitable, the young male server who came over was so rude and dismissive. After bringing the issue we had to his attention, he essentially challenged us and called us ignorant. I tried to speak to him in a civil manner, but he turned his back on us and walked away—only after charging us for the full meal. i could then hear him giving out about us to other staff members only a matter of feet away. So unprofessional! I said to the other staff how rude this male server was and how he had really upset us, and we left. Everyone needs to eat here. We’ve been in Puerto de Pollenca for a week and this is hands down the most delicious food we’ve had since arriving. Competitive price wise but the food quality is just so so good. Amazing food wonderful staff and always a warm welcome! Our daughter's favourite restaurant on holiday and she was over the moon to be greeted with a big kiss and sent away with cuddles and kisses and to be told they were looking forward to seeing her next year. The owner (and her staff) are fantastic with children. The food is freshly prepared and excellent quality. Perfect location just set back a little from the beach at the quieter end of the promenade. We always make the effort to dine here and are never disappointed. We even drove down from Alcudia today as we couldn't miss our annual visit! You will not be...
