Museo Ábaco — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

Today there was a flamenco show which we had reservations to and was totally overbooked. On Tuesday we stopped by and made reservations to ensure we had our seats reserved for the show, however, today we were rudely pushed by a group while standing at the door to enter. The worst part was the staffed saw the incident and proceeded to allow them to be seated before us. We decided to leave because it was very unprofessional for such a “prestige” so called establishment. It is totally unacceptable that you plan a show, oversell the reservations, and than allow a group of people to be hostile to other guest and allow them to stay. Be aware prior to your decision to come see this house as you might be pushed and treated as if you weren’t a value customer. To the staff and owenership; your unprofessionalism is totally uncalled for as this could have been a situation in which we could have reacted in a way which could have caused a seen. Visited here for the flamenco show. The show was superb in a very small and intimate setting with great dancers and musicians a wonderful experience.
