Restaurante Oliva — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

Lovely place was so chilled, staff were lovely food yummy. We felt for the first time this week totally welcome. A must visit if in puerto del a cruz. I'm adding to my review as we have been back for our last night to this restaurant even though we were half board at our hotel. I truely cannot praise it enough. The food is gorgeous the owner Sandra and her staff are exceptional so attentive, warm and welcoming, food yum yum yummy we had a gorgeous last night and we have to add that if we return to this stunning beautiful part of Tenerife it will be 80% because of these guys who turned around a slightly negative feel to a positive feel. Thank you Sandra and your amazing team it was a pleasure to have met you and much happiness for the future Hope to see you again...

Lovely service but we went for an board offer... said "Penne Aribiata" my favourite dish! which it definitely wasn't ! it was more like "spicy Spaghetti" I really want to rate Oliva as it had such great potential and love the owner! but always let's itself down on attention to detail for me? ...lovely people and no problem with the service or price ratio ..just wish I could get what it says on the board? also many items on the main menu not available such as fried baby asparagus which I personally know are available locally! Sorry I again cannot give you a positive report but open to discussion always I think this is a more than fair report of my recent...

Generous portion, well-done but still juicy tuna steaks. Can be improved: fish can be laid not on the sauce, and sauce can be served in separate smaller bowl on the plate. As not everyone want to mix it.

In the evening you may not sit there because of reservations, but the waitress kindly propose to wait a bit, and then checked for the space a bit aside of the restaraunt next to the heaters. Thise places were even better. There is some shortage of menu cards, so just...
