Pizzeria Europa — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

Started off alright but when i asked for my pizza bologñesa i was given pizza tres quesos and asked where my bologñesa was. She was kind and took it back but only brought back the same pizza with some bolognese sauce and it was horrible as i did not like the cheeses on it which was the reason i did not order that. As well as this the drinks were not specified as i asked what drinks she had and not all were on the menu same as cakes. Finally i was going to complain but it took them 25 minutes to get the bill when there were about 5 servers and only about 7 or 8 tables. On top of this my familys food was loaded with mushrooms and barely any ham or cheese which were meant to be the star ingredients. They were not apologetic about the pizza and it could have been avoided if she a. Wrote our order down or b. Double checked what we had asked for. Not coming...

I cannot give more than my praise for these kind, hardworking people. Our all inclusive was hugely disappointing so we went here almost every day to enjoy delicious food. The food was fresh, delicious and did not have to wait long for our food. One evening we had paella and because we were here for lunch and wanted to know more about the paella (because we had never tried it before) the friendly waiter even arranged that as soon as we arrived the paella was already ready, that's service. Whether it was paella, schnitzel, pizza or lasagna, everything was deliciously prepared and we had a really great meal. In short, definitely recommended if you want good food, where the people are extremely friendly and where you can definitely expect service! After spending a relaxing afternoon at the Jardín de Aclimatación de La Orotava, we stopped by Pizzería Europa, conveniently located just across the street, and it turned out to be the perfect choice.

We ordered the stroganoff with rice and the ½ chicken with fries and salad. Both dishes were served just 10 minutes after we ordered, and the portions were impressively large. The stroganoff was rich and flavorful, while the chicken was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, paired well with the fresh salad and golden fries.

The prices were more than fair, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food.
