The Worst Garlic Prawns I have ever seen. My partner and my two daughters went to eat there yesterday, they have a terrace that is quite comfortable to sit with children, and they had a blackboard with the dishes available. When we sat down, the very friendly waitress put two tables together for us and we ordered from the very limited menu they had. It was literally; Spanish Omelette, Octopus Salad, Prawn Salad, Majorero Cheese, Garlic Prawns, Canarian Potatoes, Fried Prawns and Calamari and I think I forgot something, but that was the only thing there. By not having a menu and only offering this food, we thought it should be super well made, because of course, having an extensive menu is not the same. We asked for several things that I mentioned.

Majorero Cheese: €8 for 8 wedges of a fresh cheese that wasn't fried, and wasn't anything special or good. It didn't taste like anything. Prawn Salad: €12 I think... and well... two pieces of lettuce, a little grated carrot, and about 10 cold prawns, not cleaned, with the tail attached, and the head removed but they left it on the plate to decorate... without seasoning... anyway Papas Arrugadas: They were potatoes cooked with the skin and a mojo. Fried Prawns and Calamari: Nothing special, also €12 for something very tiny and fried in dirty oil.

The culmination came when they brought us the garlic prawns.... that came in a casserole with half a liter of oil, 6 very burnt prawns that you didn't know what they were, garlic cut and floating all burnt and come on, I didn't even try them, I I told the boy to take this away from us because we weren't going to eat it, because those weren't garlic shrimp...and what was that for?

The waitress started yelling at me that that was my opinion, and that those were garlic prawns, it should be noted that all the staff were Italian, and I don't know if the cook was too, so I told her, sorry, I live here and I know exactly what garlic prawns are like, in my life, a waitress treated me like that. It should be noted that both my partner and I are waiters with more than 20 years of experience in restaurants, bars, 5-star hotels, etc., and we really don't like to complain....but in this case it was really impossible for us, they didn't have I hardly work, they don't have an extensive menu, there is no reason for that fiasco.

You have no idea about customer service, if you read this, take a customer service course, if I, the customer, return a dish because we don't like it, normally you have to accept the criticism, see what you can do to improve, apologise if you have to and NEVER charge for that dish!!! What you can't do is take it as a personal attack and tell me that yes they are garlic prawns and argue with me that they are yelling like a crazy person because you were taught that way when you took the bar. In the end we paid it because I'm going to be the same person for €9.50 and because my girls were getting nervous, but this matter was to ask for a complaint form. If they continue to survive it is because of the poor tourists from the cruise ships who come here and what an image they take of our island...

No sabía a nada.

The place is very well cleaned and the food is amaizing. I'm going there always for my breakfast and my afternoon beer. The service is supreme. Very clean and careful in disinfection. The chef is very nice and friendly, she made so delicious cakes and Canarias plate. Melon soup and gazpacho soup are so tasty. I highly recommend it. Quality food, quality service, good price and very good location just 3 min from the playa blanca, with a big terrace...

7€ for a lettuce mixed with a carrot and bit of pepper on the top (under that it was all lettuce)… perfect dish for a rabbit! I advice all people to avoid this place if you want to eat a lunch - I came there hungry, went out hungry but with 7€ less!
