The Aguilón Irish pub — Restaurant in Pulpí

Such a disappointment. We thought this would be a good bar, it was busy with live music on, great atmosphere and lots of fans round the room so it was nice and cool even though it was busy. We went to the bar, there wasn't many people waiting to get served and there was a few locals sitting at the bar. There was plenty staff. All ignored us. One barman looked at us several time and totally blanked us, went further up the bar and served three men who came in. My husband lent across the bar and finally got his attention, he was clearly going to ignore us again. Even the guy sitting at the bar was starting to get embarrassed. We git our drinks and asked for a glass, which he acted as uf he didn't know what we were talking about so the guy at the bar asked for the glass and THEN we got it. We didn't stay for another drink. Sych a shame you are treat like that in a busy bar. No need for it. We are a paying customer like everyone else, we can even speak Spanish. So not like we...

Well food great staff young and brilliant very hardworking , quiz great ,but unfortunately on our pool night on Wednesdays is great but people insist on smoking in a NO smoking zone and even smoking around and whist playing on 5he pool table ,there are NO smoking signs but everybody both English and Spanish ignore them , it's both very uncomfortable and selfish to non smokers especially for people like myself with a medical condition COPD , I would very much like to see the Management take this problem on board and make sure that smokers smoke outside even though its cold, perhaps the manament could put a smoking...

El sitio es genial. Música, ambiente, juegos, bebidas y comida buenas y a buen precio y personal servicial y atento, excepto una camarera rubia. Desde el principio nos desatendió tardando más de 20 minutos en venir a tomarnos nota. Tuvo que venir uno de sus compañeros. Las bebidas igual. Las pedíamos y luego los compañeros pasaban a ver si estábamos atendidos porque a esta mujer le importa bastante poco. Más tarde pedimos cafés y para servirlos aparta de muy malas formas a una amiga para hacerse sitio y sin mediar palabra. Para rematar pedimos dos Guiness grandes y cuando nos íbamos le preguntamos por unos gorros de San Patricio que regalaban al pedir las pintas. Su contestación es que no que la celebración es mañana y que no nos lo da, cuando en el bar estaba cubierto de publicidad de celebración de fin de semana de San Patricio y con la promo de que con dos Guiness te regalamos gorro... Total, le digo que lo pone en los carteles y me contesta de muy malas maneras que había ido a preguntarle a su jefe y que nos lo daría porque su jefe había querido sin importar que lo anunciaran por todo el local. Después de intercambiar unas frases con una actitud desagradable, maleducada e irrespetuosa a más no poder, pasó todo el rato hasta acabarnos la cerveza mirando hacia nuestra mesa desafiante y con una actitud inexplicable. La verdad no sé qué buscaba o qué le pasaba a esta señora tan desorientada y de las 3 veces anteriores que había estado en el local nunca la había visto pero echado por tierra uno de nuestros sitios preferidos y que recomendaba a todos mis amigos (de hecho nos dejamos más de 80€ y estábamos allí por recomendación mía).
