I'm updating my review after receiving their snotty response. They claim they were advertising keto only last spring. Well here is a fact WE BOOKED AFTER WALKING PAST THE RESTAURANT LAST WEEK AFTER SEEING YOU ADVERTISING KETO OPTIONS so not only a bad restaurant but a restaurant with an owner who lies to try and cover their tracks. Also none of the people I was with will return due to the rude waitress
They advertise outside the restaurant that they cater for people who follow a keto diet "many of our menu options can be made keto, please ask" we booked based on the fact that they were able to offer keto food for one of our party.
When we asked for the keto options the waitress got snotty when I explained the only reason we booked was they advertised that they could cater for keto, it actually said 80% of the menu could be catered this way. I was offered a salad and a steak which can get from any restaurant, if I wanted steak, I'd have gone to a steak house. She offered me an onion salad, which isn't keto.
I've added photos of how they boast to cater for those following a keto diet.
The food we got wasn't very memorable, certainly won't...
Read moreAbsolutely great place. The people, atmosphere and the food just great ... at very reasonable prices. As they do Sefardic Jewish fusion too, for Pesach they offer this incredible menu. Guys, the matzoh ball and beef soup is simply phenomenal❣️ I am from Hungary and Jewish (and 66 years old) so I have had zillions of these soups - honestly never ever as good as this 👍👏 I don't even like matzoh but this home made ones are lightyears away from the usual stuff and the balls in the soup are out of this world. The main course slow cooked brisket melted in the mouth with a fantastic sauce. Extraordinary tastes, tenderness, combinations. The postres, sweets are made by one of the daughters of the owners, Aisha, you can even have gluten free, vegan versiobs. Yummy! Congratulations Laci, Rozi and...
Read moreMy family and I had dinner at the restaurant recently which began as a wonderful evening. We were going for Souvlaki but were then told that they had run out of steak. The waiter suggested we try chicken instead which we accepted. The food was alright, especially the homemade pita bread and tzasiki sauce. When it came to the bill it seemed awfully high compared to what we had ordered. When we asked about the bill we were faced with rudeness and impoliteness. The waitress then tried to hurry us out of the restaurant. Judging by the owner’s response to critizism on reviews he/she is very hostile and is unfit to be in business. Íslendingar, ég mæli alls ekki með þessum stað! Margir aðrir betri...
