Well like others I read all the reviews before I came here and lucky enough discovered one which said they were all full up when they came so I decided to book a few hours in advance, I'd booked an inside upstairs table and on arrival sure enough got sent up stairs to a round table, upon arriving on the first flight, with my two 70yr old parents, they then sent us up another flight of stairs (yes they have a lift but they never said that at the start) so we walked up the second flight, this is then where a lady had no knowledge of us and they tried making us walk back down saying the area was fully booked but told us we could stay so we did.....we had to then ask the lady twice to take our order for drinks and again for the food, now its started raining and we are all soaking so they close the covers! Anyways the starter of seeweed was €5.95 where the Mongolian pork was €3.95 which didn't make sense to me especially when the seaweed came greasy with stale prawncrackers....... To top things of when the main came which I can't fault the food the service was bad again with 3 out of 4 receiving their meal while my mum was left with her rice going cold and them starting to serve other tables starters for mins! Food was okay and the other waiters on other floors seemed nice shame ours wasn't.. .. Its also a lovely setting if it...

We returned to our favourite restaurant with friends for my birthday after the lovely refurbishment. Sadly this was not the evening we had planned. Even though we had booked a table for 8pm we were not seated until nearly 8.30. Our drinks order was taken and drinks arrived promptly we were then left some time before our good order was taken it was now getting on for 9.30 there were to tables near by that had been waiting a while to pay there bills, one couple remarked on the staff being like a benny hill show !!! We ordered a second round of drinks for the men in our party to only find one of the glasses had a very bad chip in it. I returned it to the bar and it was fully replaced no problem. Food started to arrive staff seemed to be confused as to what they were serving !! Rice arrived fro my veggie friend with chicken in it so was returned. Rice for our meal didn’t arrive until we complained again ! By which time we had finished. All in all good was amazing as always but service was an utter shambles unless service improves we will not be returning!! The whole experience spoilt my...

Sunday 10April.....a great experience, service could improve slightly but during the holiday season the wait is even longer.

Wednesday 10 August.....no improvement from before (not prepared for additional tourists) .... waiting a lot longer

Monday 26 September 2022 (arrived 12:05) visited with friends again and must say that the service has got worse. The food arrived eventually.....very slow... Firstly the starters (waiting time 20 mins) Secondly the second course another 20 mins....we had to ask 3 times before it arrived Main Course wasn't too bad (15 mins after second course) We asked if we could order our desert in order to safe time as our friends had an important appointment....they took the order before we finished our main course It took another 20 mins to arrive but our friends had to leave after 15 mins (unable to finish their lunch. Note to Management.......... If you advertise that you're open you should have done the cleaning before opening. Our visit was a disaster although the food was as good as always. We won't be revisiting as the SERVICE is as important...

Went for dinner prior to the closure for renovation, and although we did not book a table, we got seated by the window upstairs. Staff were super quick, pleasant, and very efficient. We had soup and ribs to start, and all were absolutely delicious. The coconut soup with prawns is just superb. I'll definitely get that again. The ribs were also perfect. The massaman curry and the salmon dishes were fantastic and the Singapore noodles fantastic as an alternative to rice. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this restaurant. Even the wine was great and everything was reasonably priced. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Compliments to the chefs and staff. Keep up the great work.

I was in Yoku for the first time. Unfortunately, this restaurant disappointed me with the long wait for my order. We waited more than 50 minutes to order, if not longer. We ordered an appetizer, which came after the soup. The dumplings were most likely reheated because the thin sides of the dough were already dry, served on lettuce that looked just like it came out of the microwave. The Teriyaki chicken did not look like it did on the menu, nevertheless it was good. My biggest complaint is the wait time for food, the chaotic atmosphere (everyone was running back and forth), and the dry dumplings.

Just landed from the UK and the first thought on our mind was food! Of course YOKU was our go-to place for a light and filling snack. We decided to have a mixture between 3 of us and it was just the right amount. The food is so fresh, tasty, authentic and moreable (if that's a word)! We've been coming to YOKU since they opened and every visit is as good as the last. The staff and service are welcoming, warm and always happy to see new and old customers returning. Thank you for an amazing quality of food and service. ☆☆☆☆☆☆
