Sumo WOK — Restaurant in Benijófar

This has to be the worst dining experience I have ever experienced We entered to the loudest session of Karaoke, which didn't seem to bother any of the staff, even those that were scrolling through their phone and may aswell not have been there We eventually got them to turn down the volume, but things only got worse after that! The hot food was terrible, greasy and all tasted the same, so we then moved on the the wok experience, all the dishes we ordered tasted the same, and my son ordered mussels with oyster sauce, to which the sauce was dripped over the mussels after they were cooked making them cold again, the rest of the dishes were terrible When paying the lady in charge was arguing with another staff member about ringing up a large bill wrong, so I stood there for 5 mins waiting for attention as I just wanted to get out of there at that stage The staff member that finally sorted the bill did eventually ask if the food was OK and seemed surprised when I said no, but didn't seem bothered either way Any way my advice is stay away from this...

We're not fans of buffet food, but some friends suggested this was a good place. The staff are very efficient and the place is clean. But the food was not good. The plate warmers were turned off, so cold plates, and the starters were luke warm. So, cold by the time we sat down eating. The range of food was good but a lot of the starters were very bland. The main courses were better, and quite tasty, but again only just warm. The rice and noodles were very good though. The desserts were not very nice. The fruit was either tinned...

First time we visited. All you can eat buffet. The labels on the startets didn't correspond with the food so some a bit of a guessing game. Food not very hot. Mains you pick what you want then take it to the guy who cooked it on the sauce you picked. It was like some kind of troff with woks didn't look very clean. Desserts were very basic. Drink prices expensive compared to other restaurants. The the robot came with the bill but had to run after it as d I didn't give me chance to take it, 😂 hubby did like it...
