Read so many good recommendations about the place and the steaks so if cause I need to test it and give a review. I didn’t book a table but there was luckily place inside where I arrived around 8pm on a Thursday evening. I immediately was asked what I wanted to drink and I replied I depends on what food I’m ordering so give me a few minutes. 2 minutes later a new waiter came and asked the same question. I asked about the house wine and she replied that she knew nothing about wine so she would find someone else. Very honest to say that instead of trying to sell something they know nothing about. Another guy came and I asked him but he got interrupted by the owner that took over and explained. I ended up ordering a premium glass of wine. Then I waiter a long time before the waiter noticed that I was ready to order food. Placed the order for a cold stater and a steak. Was asked how the steak should be cooked. Good all seemed to be a good experience ahead of me. Then some free pan con aioli was serviced, great everywhere else you are charged for that. Waited quite a long time before the starter was serviced. Hmm was very plain and tasteless and didn’t reflect the time from order to arrive. It was basically a raw tomato with some tuna salat insideđŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™‚ïž No one came to remove the plate from the bread or the starter. After more than an hours I asked a waiter when my main would be ready. After some time I was told it was up next. Waited again for a long time and then saw the owner going to each table to ask if all was okey. Told I was not happy about the waiting when I even ordered a plain cold starter they didn’t have to cook. Was told it was normally 1 hour wait when it was full house. Okay how should I know. He owner ordered to remove the starter from the bill but I refused. Then he came with the red wine bottle and said it was for me and apologized. Fair enough and next my food came. Beautiful cooked actually to perfection. Steak was tender and so tastefully. So yes it took what feels like forever but it was definitely worth the wait. I’ll be back another day 😋

Went here last night for a family meal and have to say it was the best steak I have had for a long time!!! Started with the complimentary basket of bread with a sauce I have never tasted before but could of ate that all night😆. Really a nice touch when you arrive and something to snack while you browse the menu. Had the ribs for a starter which were also delicious but the steak was cooked perfect with some proper chunky chips. My Daughters was alittle bit pink still and she asked if it could be abit more well done so the waiter took it back to the grill and cooked it alittle more then brought it back with fresh chips and not reheated ones which I thought was great. Cheese cake for dessert was also very nice. Staff were very helpful and polite and check 3-4 times throughout the meal to make sure we were happy and didn't need anything. Would definitely recommend and also recommend booking a table in advance if you plan to go. We booked ours a few days in advance and although it was a Sunday night it was quiet when we arrived it soon filled up and upon leaving I heard the waiter tell a customer there was an hour and half wait for a table.

Went this evening for dinner with my wife. When we got their, they said straight away there would be an hours wait for food - which in my mind is good thing, a restaurant that knows how busy it is, and how long it takes to cook quality food! We ordered and had drinks. The ambiance is lovely and the staff were great. My wife, unfortunately, was not too good and wasn't up for eating her main course, (she had food posining 2 days ago from another restairurant,) so we asked if we could cancel her main course and I would have mine - no problem whatsoever - the staff and approach was spot on. Sadly for my wife, I then had one of the best steaks I have ever had! The quality of the meat and the quality of the cooking was just perfect. We will be booking for two days time again, just before we head home. For two reasons, the staff who looked after us, and the simple fact that my wife needs to taste the steak here - its awesome!!!!

Last night (25/09/2005), my wife and I together with six friends visited your restaurant in Quesada having pre-booked a table for eight at 7.30 pm. When we arrived, two of our friends were already seated at a round table at the far end of the annex at the side of the main original restaurant. As the remaining six of us took our seats, a waiter arrived with the drinks ordered by our two friends who were already seated. The waiter deposited their drinks on the table and before anyone could speak, quickly disappeared. We waited ten minutes before a different waiter came to take the remaining drinks order. The drinks arrived within a reasonable amount of time, but the waiter again walked away without any preamble. We waited and waited, in the meantime a party of four took their seats adjacent to our table. A waiter attended their table and took their drinks order which also arrived quite quickly. Their waiter left and a few minutes later another one arrived and took their meal order. We were still waiting to order our food. Thirty five minutes had now elapsed since we had taken possession of our drinks. Eventually, the waiter arrived to take our selections for dinner. Our starters arrived without too much delay, but the mains took fifteen minutes to follow on which was reasonable. The food was excellent and we have no complaints there. Whilst we were eating our main courses, I noted that the party adjacent were now enjoying their desserts. After eating our mains, we waited for a visit from a waiter to take our Dessert orders. It never happened. Eventually, someone came to retrieve our used plates, but as per usual, quickly departed without a word. Finally, at 9-45pm we had had enough, one of our party went into your main restaurant and asked for the bill, as still, no one had approached our table. Incidentally, the adjacent party of four had paid up and left by now. Incredible! We continued to wait, again, but the bill for our food did not materialise. After another ten minutes, we managed to attract the attention of a waiter and requested our bill again. it did eventually arrive. We as a party were extremely disappointed, most of us wanted dessert and/or coffee but we were thwarted by the total lack of professionalism and apathy displayed by your waiting staff. If people are to be seated in the far reaches of your restaurant, please make your staff aware to occasionally check that they are being attended to in the manner expected of a restaurant that purports to be...
