We had Descojonao for Dinner (10,50€ each). For the price we got fries that seemed like frozen ones. They were not seasoned with anything - not even salt. For the price we would have expected a larger portion. The service wasn't even one star but zero. I speak spanish pretty well - didn't had any problems during our two weeks in spain - and I ordered two plates. We only got one and after waiting several minutes for the seconed one I asked the waiter. Turned out he only wrote down one. Because of the not seasoned fries I asked for salt & pepper. The restaurant wasn't even fully crowded and the waiters didn't seem stressed at all. After 10 minutes I asked the waiter again for salt & pepper. He nodded and said it will be there soon. Well, even after slowly finishing my meal and our drinks, salt & pepper never arrived. I get better service in any McDonalds store. The highlight of this experience was the bill which included a "servicio mesa" (table service) of 0,50€ per person. In two weeks of spain and 1-2 restaurant visits per day we were NEVER charged such a fee. The irony of this fee in the restaurant with the worst service ever is...

I was there today 16th October . I asked for some vegetarian tapas , all they had was veg gyozas. The gyozas were over cooked but ok . They put sweet chilli sauce on them . A chef should never do this and if serving with sauce they should but the sauce on the side. Also a chef should know that you don’t serve gyozas with sweet chilli sauce . The biggest problem was when I went to pay for them €12:80 for 6 little dumplings . This is a major robbery , I felt cheated at that price in Spain . Yet a tapas dish with shrimp , muscles and other shell fish was only €5 .

Horrible, terrible, sad, depressing

I just left that place and they should close it down. The service is very bad. They don't have half of the menu, sparkling water with no gas at all so they brought another bottle also sparkling but no gas (not their fault but it's bad).

Surprisingly, they left the water on the bill LOL but I deducted it.

As I said, the service was bad and unprofessional. A "I'm sorry" or a "my apologies" are not part of their vocabulary.

Avoid this place, it's a waste of time and money. Food was very avarage. They only good thing was the Estrella Galicia beer.

Run away from that...
