Vint — Restaurant in Sóller

Horrible customer service, and clueless and extremely rude waiters in general. The experience was so horrible that I Made a Google account for the first time just to make an and review. The customer service was so bad that me, and my family of 5 had all decided to move places and Find somewhere else to eat in general. The prices were horrible for what the food was and that was just by looking at other customers food. They didn’t even had the audacity to have the same waiter KICK is out. Instead getting another rude waiter to get us out. And told us to drink all of our drinks within a minute which is the most absurd thing I’ve heard in a WHILE. The experience was a reminder to not even eat at the port at all. And the bad reviews tell our stories as well. They say to those reviews that they improve, but those were 2 months ago. And they haven’t improved at all. The owner makes empty promises about their staff and as someone who owns a business this will be their reason that they go out of business. They tried to explain that it was lunch time. But they should have told us before sitting us at all. I hope the owner reads every single word of this paragraph to spend their time. Just like they wasted my family’s vacation time in...

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.

We had just sat down and the waiter came over without a menu asking us what we wanted to eat. I asked him for a menu and he said if we are not eating to leave. The restaurant was dead calm with multiple other tables available around us. I then just asked if it would be okay if we stayed for quick drink because the lack of other patrons. But again, we were then told to leave. The animosity from the server was nuts. I said sure no problem. The server then proceeded to call me a name that rhymes with bingo with a G and R in the front as well as a colourful few words with F tourists

We walked away literally within seconds of sitting down.

Never in my life have I ever had such an experience and days later I’m writing this. I still can’t decide whether to laugh or be shocked by how unbelievable this encounter was.

Leider einen sehr regnerischen Tag in Port de Sóller verbracht. Das Vint sah von außen ganz ansprechend aus, also flüchteten wir uns da rein um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und im Trockenen zu sein. Dementsprechend sahen wir aus, Regenjacke, Schirm, alles etwas nass.

Wir wurden direkt in Empfang genommen und zu einem Platz geführt. Haben uns dann für einen Tee und zwei Cola entschieden. Zu essen gab's Brot mit Aioli und Chicken Wings auf Salatherzen mit Kräutern, Remoulade und Erdnüssen. Die Chicken Wings waren mega lecker, der Aioli Dip war ok, was gar nicht ging, war das Brot. Selbst ein billiges Aufbackbaguette wäre leckerer gewesen als dieses Brot, das geschmeckt hat, als wäre es von vorgestern.

Ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass es gar nicht gut ankam, dass wir uns zu dritt, zwei "Kleinigkeiten" geteilt haben. Ja, es muss Umsatz gemacht werden, aber da noch genug andere Plätze frei wären, haben wir mit unserer geringen Bestellung, auch niemand "besseres" den Platz weggenommen.

Wir wurden von zwei Damen bedient. Eine etwas Jüngere, die einen netten Eindruck gemacht hat, aber auch nicht wirklich zufrieden und glücklich in ihrem Job aussah, aber getoppt wurde sie auf jeden Fall von ihrer älteren Kollegin. Von Anfang bis Ende gab es nicht ein freundliches, nettes Wort, ein Lächeln oder sonst irgendwas. Beim Abräumen wäre der Teller auch einmal fast gegens Gesicht gekommen, es wurde einfach nichts gesagt.

Das Ambiente war sehr schön, es lief zu Beginn auch nette Hintergrundmusik. Nach paar Minuten, merkten wir, dass diese aus einer Bluetoothbox kam, die in einem Schrank stand. Obwohl mehrerer Servicekräfte ständig direkt davor standen, änderten sie nichts daran, dass die Verbindung zum abspielenden Handy immer wieder unterbrochen wurde. Abgehakte Musik und das über ne halbe Stunde, nicht so angenehm.
