Can Joan — Restaurant in Sóller

Four of us sat down after reading menu board outside. Waiter appears and hands us a menu then asks us what we want to drink. He takes the drink order and returns with the drinks and a small bowl of olives, two dips and a small basket of sliced bread. We order food that was on the boards outside but not necessarily in the menu supplied. He takes the order and he disappears. We drink our drinks. We wait twenty minutes. We notice people who came in after us are being served. We wait another ten minutes. We tell a waitress we have not been served. She goes to tell the waiter. He returns and asks what we woulld like to order. We tell him we have ordered. No apology. He says our order will be another ten minutes. Still no apology. We decide to leave.He brings a bill for our drinks 15 euros {fair enough} and the bread and olives which are about 10 euros . One of the waiters was nice but the rest of them were so uninterested. Certainly didn't feel welcomed. All of the food took nearly an hour to arrive. Also ordered burrata salad as my main dish but after an hour long wait it never made its appearance on the table. Nobody apologised either. It was still added to the bill! The calamari were the worst we have ever had - soo much batter, crumbly, tasteless..Poor presentation on croquettes - just some leaves from the mixed salad bag thrown over them. Patatas bravas were served with just some store bought sauce. Our child didn't have plates or cutlery given, the table was only set for the two us. The location was lovely though. Would be happy to stop there for a coffee and cake but definitely nothing...

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolute disgrace of a restaurant - I would never go back or ever recommend anyone to go. We have waited for starters for about 20min, simple patatas bravas that were not any better than the ones you would get anywhere for half the price. Then the kids got their nuggets and chips 30min after ordering and my mum and her friend waited one hour and 40min for paella! I ordered sea bass to come with paella to then just get a WRONG DISH! Paella was good but was it worth the wait - absolutely not! The staff - apart from one guy - was rude and unapproachable and rushed and not paying attention at all. Different attention to different customers. Ruined our perfect day out. Do not do the same...
