We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We have been in mallorca for 10 days and 5 different hotels, but this one was worse of all of them.

Day 1 at Check-in: we asked for a sea view room. He went inside and asked someone if we could get it. He then came back with the answer "No" and told us that that is reserved for staff members only. The very same day evening came one couple, and they got that Seaview Room. Very strange.

The room was ok and clean. The bed 🛌 was a big horror at first night. Every time we moved in bed had it made a very annoying noise. Unfortunately, there was no one at reception after 11 p.m., so we couldn't do anything.

There were no blankets in the room. We went to reception and asked for blankets. A lady brought me to the room as she couldn't communicate in English. She showed me how to turn off the air conditioner. I have to turn off A.C. but there are no blankets in the hotel. That was rude. I gave strange reactions.

Day 2: we complained about bed and asked for a room change. They didn't change our room but sent someone to repair the bed. He took then some hours to repair it. Afterward, the bed was ok but made some noise as well. We then just ignored it 😒.

Day 3: As we back at 9 p.m. from sightseeing, our keys weren't working. We went again to reception, and obviously, no one was there. I asked then a bar person to do something that we could enter into our room. He tried, but i couldn't do anything. He called someone for help, and one guy came up and coded our keys again. This happened never in my entire life.

In short we had a very strange experience at this hotel. I wouldn't refer to this hotel. There are many better hotels at...

I am reviewing the restaurant as we did not stay at the hotel. The wait staff were miserable, but clearly busy so we waited patiently for our food. My partner's pizza was fine. I had ordered a Ensalada Miramar which was described as a salad of tomatoes, avocadoes and shrimp with balsamic dressing. It was chucked in front of me. It was a large bowl of lettuce, carrot, sweetcorn and beetroot, no dressing at all and garnished with a quarter of a avocado and 4 shrimp. 2 of the shrimp till had the strip of faeces within their bodies. The salad was flavourless and certainly not as described. It also contained the stump of the lettuce. I called a wait staff over and told her I wasn't happy. She shouted 'momento' at me and promptly went back to serving everyone else. I waited patiently until she started taking the order of someone who'd just come in. I called her over and said I want the bill. She gave me the bill with the prawn salad included. I told her I had no intention of paying for the uneaten salad. Again she shouted 'momento' and went back to work, ignoring me for another 10 minutes. We went inside and started to try to pay for 2 drinks and one meal only. The staff just kept shouting 'momento' but again not actually going to fetch a manager or do anything. In the end we just left the payment for the one meal and two drinks on the counter and walked out.

IT wasn't only the appallingly bad salad that was so different from it's description, but the refusal to engage meaningfully with us to resolve the situation. It was appalling and I was disgusted. Stupidly didn't...

This hotel is definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. When we came at 2 p.m., our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait until they clean it. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and AC wasn’t working properly. During our stay, we had some bites on our body and the last evening, we found a bed bug in the shower. We managed to catch it and took it to reception. The receptionist called his supervisor and told us to wait. Then some woman came and screamed at us in spanish. We told her, that we don’t speak spanish, but she didnt care at all. It was an horrible experience. This woman was very aggresive and even tho we were trying to stay calm and speak normally, she was still screaming at us.

We had two rooms in this hotel booked and the bed bugs were in both of our rooms. When we found the bed bug, we wanted a new rooms, but the receptionst gave us only one and said, that they have no other room available. So, we wanted at least new beddings, but only response was from that lady. She screamed at us something in spanish and we had no other choice then sleep one more night in the room with bed bugs. When we came to our home country, we had to wash everything in high temperature, let a cleaning company to clean our car and throw lots of our things away. Definitely do not recommend booking...

The night porter and his wife are lovely people and made our stay bearable. If it not been for them we might have left. We paid for breakfast and evening meal. We eat there twice and gave up as the food was not nice. No choice have it or leave it. We had to lay our own table on the second evening. The hotel is in need of an update it's very grubby in places. Room service everyday but only beds made. No toilet roll left we had to ask at reception which is unacceptable. They give you a kettle and cups in yr room but no tea coffee or milk. Maybe you have to supply yr own but no fridge so not sure how you are supposed to keep that from going off in the heat.

½✴️ MAXIMUM - Dreadful place! Fabulous harbour location, let down by dated & drab dated decor and fittings, poor quality service and a hotel which could be straight out of the 1970's. No terrace (or even a balcon), no kettle, coffee, milk or tea provided... We had to ask! The waiter behind the bar couldn't provide ourselves with a glass of to take some medication. Said we had to BUY the WHOLE bottle, evn though we explained we were residents at the hotel! Drinks expensive, and varied greatly in price (local prices & tourist prices applied). During the evenings on the terrace, we were given the wrong bills and drinks several times.
