maybe next time you pay creepy men to harass women to come into your club, make sure they don’t have crippling anger issues and insecurity. tell me why one of those nasty “promoters” (the short ugly one who has probably never convinced anyone to go to that club in his life) called us “ugly btches” and then punched our friend in the face all because we didn’t want to go to the worst club in all of salamanca. genuinely the most embarrassing behavior i’ve ever seen i swear i saw tears streaming down his face as he tried to cuss us out and insult us. i get your life already sucks because you’re a club promoter who is a head shorter than all the women u beg to go to gatsby, but jesus christ learn some decorum. genuinely the rankest, nastiest bar in all of salamanca. avoid at all costs, especially if you’re a woman. unless you want to get jumped by a gang of short ugly men with...

Tuve probablemente una de las peores experiencia respeto a la atención al cliente que he tenido.

Fuimos a pasar la noche en este local consumiendo sus respectivas bebidas y jugar al futbolín. Este tenía problemas debido a en muchas ocasiones no salían las bolas o salían menos de las que debían salir (dejamos 3 veces pasar esta situación, la falta de bolas). Pero llegó un momento donde ya no era normal que siempre faltaran bolas y fui a reclamarlo a la barra. Donde había dos chicos (el chino latino en todo momento fue amable y servicial).

El problema viene con un chico moreno y con tatuajes en el brazo el cual fue súper desagradable ya que fui a comentarle la situación. Y explicarle que ya en diversas ocasiones faltaron bolas y no dijimos nada pero al final uno espera recibir lo que paga. Cosa que el chico con una actitud chulesca me responde “seguro no lo aprestas bien” (llevo jugando toda mi vida y no solo apreté el botón yo) y otro segundo comentario “lleváis ahí toda la noche” diciéndolo en un tono despectivo.

Una atención al cliente nefasta y un comportamiento por parte de este chico inaceptable. Espero se tomen medidas contra el.

Three stars is possibly a bit generous. It’s obvious this place is a student type bar with the toilets in the state that they are in.

Cocktail menu is basic, they were fine. Bit on the pricey side for what they are and the beer as well could be a tad cheaper. From the menu it looks like the gin and tonics are where they shine but can’t comment.
