Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Salamanca

Food was incredible, very tasty, well made and greatly presented. However the customer service was very poor. We didn't have a reservation and the man who welcomed us said they were fully booked but had a table free. We stayed around one hour, and nobody come. Clearly they didn't want to serve us. Then, the same man comes to order our drinks, we didn't even have the time to look at the menu (QR code needed due to Covid-19) and I told him it was the first time we were in the restaurant. He said "well, we have the usuals, coke, acuarios..." in a very patronising manner. Soon later, we placed the order. Although they gave us some snacks (edamame) the food took more than 20 minutes to arrive (we only order sets of sushi). Whilst waiting for the food, I noticed my glass had a stain of lipstick so I asked the man to change my glass (he didn't even offer to give me another drink). Once we finished the food, the man gave me the bill without even asking or perhaps doubting we wanted desserts... Very dissapointed, quite frustrating when you are looking to...

We went there looking for an Asian - fusion restaurant in Salamanca, and it was beyond our expectations. We didn't have a reservation that night, so we were lucky we got a table quite fast. The food was incredibly good, it's not a cheap place like the average you can maybe find in the city, but totally worth it. They welcome you with the drinks you select and edamame to whet the appetite. We tried to taste a little bit of everything that was in the menu, and I would personally recommend the "tiradito salmon", truly amazing. The staff was also very nice, but not giving it all the 5 stars because it took quite long to get the menu, then get the order, and finally get the food. We enjoyed anyway because we're not in a hurry and the food made it all bright, but better to book a table in advance and make sure you have the time to be there...

We were a group of 8 and had booked a table at 20:30. One person in the group did not receive her food and only got it after an hour after we notified the waiter. He then did not say anything, did not say sorry or apologize for making 1 in the group wait so long and then also eat alone since everyone had already finished their meal long ago. When we adressed the issue to the waiter he said if we had a problem we could take it to the streets and fight. So he threatened us. He had dark hair and braids and was careless and rude as well. Extreme behavior. We have never experienced a waiter threatening a customer before for simply expressing disappointment. Also many of the dishes were cold when we received them and they had to be given back to the kitchen to be reheated. No sorry. No apology. No nothing. Very...
