The burgers and fries are very good, as we expected they would be after reading all of the reviews. The servers were very kind, and even spoke to us in English as that’s the language we use most often. However the initial welcoming into the establishment was a little cold and awkward. The staff just kind of stared at us and then let us walk around until we almost sat down at what was a reserved table. Then they came and moved us to a table up front. The only other critique I have is that we wanted vegan burgers and instead of just ordering the tasty burger options and swapping the real meat for fake meat… we had to order the vegan option, take everything off of it and put all the tasty options back on. One by one with the server. For both burgers. It was a little tedious and seemed like the more difficult way to order. I’m also sure that we got charged for every additional topping that we put on. First with the good things: terrace is very nice, you can reserve online which is perfect. I like the fingers pollo and the dessert we had (crumble). Those were very tasty. But here are some negative sides that make me don’t want to go back again: hamburgers are bad. They are overpriced for what they are. It is only the looks of the burger that is good. I asked for a burger medium done and i got a burger half medium done half raw, so I couldn’t even eat it all. Patatas gruesas were sooo bad. Which is a very hard job to make potato that bad. They were dry and tasteless. Overall I don’t understand why it has such good reviews, I really wouldn’t recommend this place...

Everything was perfect. The best service we have had in Salamanca so far(been here 7 months). The burgers are amazing. The bun is just perfect not to drown out the meat and you can taste every single ingredient they have on the burger. The potatoes were great, the croquettes were fresh and delicious and the brownie and ice cream was done perfect (brownie moist and warm with the sauce and then the ice cream in the middle). I will not be able to say enough about the service. Very kind and attentive and willing to go the extra mile for your positive experience. Will go...
