Burger King Salou — Restaurant in Salou

Came back from a day out to Barcelona and was late for an evening meal at our hotel so thought I’d come here to treat myself to a meal. Went to the counter to order 2 meals and the member of staff called Joice charged for ketchup and straws. Why? The meals cost €10.25 each, given her the right amount she muttered something to another member of staff then said 22cents. 22cents or not it’s over charging. When the food came she had it on the tray and just slided it to me and didn’t say a thank you or enjoy at all. When I sat down and looked though the receipt I saw what she done. I never put any negative feed back to anything and always look at the positives with anything but the service was not good…….so for that it’s a 2 star. The food was good though. What an absolute shambles of a place. 2nd visit tonight. Both times we've been the orders haven't been correct. Staff are incompetent and rude. Never known a place like it. Tonight topped it off though, had the pleasure of meeting Anne, who I assume is the manager, we were missing a portion of fries and she actually had the nerve to come and count our chip packets. I have NEVER had an experience this awful at a fast food place. I waited 18 minutes for my order, only for the employee to try snatching it out of my hands like I wasn’t even there. The hygiene was disgusting.

One worker grabbed drinks and drank from them before handing them out. Another was packing orders and literally touched the fries with her bare hands—just reaching over the food like there were no rules at all. Everything was handled carelessly, from the drinks to the fries. I honestly cannot believe this level of filth and incompetence.

Do not go here if you value your health or want to be treated like a human being. This is the most unprofessional, unhygienic, and infuriating fast food experience...
