Mesón Sonnenland — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

5* Perfect little restaurant.

We went here 4/5 times and had different dinners each time and cant complain about a single thing. Chinese food was 10/10, steak 10/10, carbonara 10/10, pizza 10/10 and all the sides 10/10, Sangria 1000/1000 the best ever!!! Even the ice cream desserts was beautiful full of flavour especially the coconut ice cream whats brought out in a real coconut shell so lovely and refreshing!! The staff was so pleasant especially the lady who we spoke to everytime we went so kind and always made sure we was okay with food and drinks, hats off to the chef always did unreal food no complaints at all!! Would give it more than 5 stars if i could. If staying in a hotel near here definitely recommend this place...

Horrible. After reading reviews i am surprised. Maybe they had a bad day. I ate a sirloin with bearnaise and the steak was dry and just swimming in what was supposed to be a bearnaise but it just looked like fat. Presentation was bad, just put the sauce on the side and not over the whole food. And it tasted like a pulver sauce. Steak did not seem like a premium beef. Fries tasted like something you do in your oven at home. Plus the waitress just stared at us when we ate. For the price we paid you should get...

Ok, I had the lasagna special that is listed on the board. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the staff were all oriental.

The beer was cold and quite tasty. When the lasagna came it had a lot of sauce but after trying it found it to be quite good. I really enjoyed the cheese and sauce. The garlic bread was actually a fresh bun sliced toasted and infused with garlic.

I had some green tea after which was nice.

The staff was friendly and served well but didn’t pressure you to order more or leave.
