Wow, what an amazing night you will have in here! It was my fiancé and I’s first time in Gran Canaria, and of course everybody recommends going to the Yumbo Centre, well I can safely say that coming here, on our first night was an absolutely correct choice! The bar itself is all table service, which is preferred in my opinion, because you’re not crowded, and bunched up at a bar. They have serve me cards when you want a drink and the staff here are so quick with coming over to the table. It really does result in getting your drinks faster.

The staff in here are absolutely fantastic and are very welcoming! For the drag queens themselves well what a bunch of b*tches they are (and I promise you, I’m saying that and the politest way possible)!

No seriously, they were absolutely fantastic and were having us laughing all night long! I’ve seen several RuPaul’s drag race queens over the years, and I can honestly say that these queens were more than a match for what we had seen prior! They were phenomenal and so hilarious!

We returned to the bar The following Thursday, and it was a different group of queens (with the expectation of Megan) and these girls were just as professional, hilarious and fierce as the previous ones we had seen.

I would definitely say sparkles is of a high standard of drag queens and is very professional, it really did stand out for all of the right reasons!

Fabulous queens @ReinaFame and @BonnieAnneClyde entertained us so well, it changed my life; no pics or videos, I was enjoying the show too much to tear myself away to watch it through a screen instead. Calling the @Gangstersduo a support act is almost cruel, they were great too; together all four were so high in energy it leaked out into the streets around (which is where extra chairs were dragged no pun intended but it's there now). Service was by holding up a "serve me" sign, so no hard selling and very fast efficient bar staff. Reasonably priced high quality cocktails. There were multiple shows, a great laugh (if you can handle being served, ripped on and the odd swear word; its not for the easily offended or humourless person) and fun holiday night for anyone. I will be back to the island for 4 reasons; the weather, to hike more of the national park, chill on the beaches and Sparkles in the Yumbo centre (check out the whole centre, the whole place has a vibe that you rarely get to experience) .
