This place is a complete gem and a true treat. Carlos, the owner has a swanky restaurant decorated like a cafe with lovely china at each table.
A few things: cash only and you eat what Carlos gives you. This makes it extra fun and enjoyable, the interaction with him really warming the experience. He makes food he enjoys from throughout his life with a nice twist.

His homemade vermouth blend was delicious as was the dessert. We got the arroz con leche and he gave us some orange chocolates and chocolate panettone on the house. YUM!!
