Ku4Tro — Restaurant in San Lorenzo de El Escorial

This place was a mix of highs and lows. Let's start with the positives: the food was absolutely delightful. Bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's talent and expertise. Every bite was a culinary delight.

However, the same cannot be said for the service provided by the waitress that served us today on the terrace. Throughout the meal, we received little to no attention. It was as if we were invisible to her. Her attitude was unpleasant, and she treated us with a complete lack of respect, as if we were beneath her. It was disheartening to be treated so poorly, especially after enjoying such delicious food.

In conclusion, while the food at Ku4tro is undoubtedly worth trying, be prepared for subpar service. Hopefully, the management will address these issues to ensure that all guests receive the level of hospitality...

We were very disappointed. The place itself looks very nice and inviting. But the service was really disgusting. They left us waiting for half an hour before taking our food order. Then we had to wait for others 40 minutes before being finally served the 2 tapas we ordered. The tapas also did not come at the same time so my girlfriend had to look at me while I was eating my tapa for about 10 minutes before getting hers! Not nice at all. We were very upset also because all people at the tables around us that came after us were being served quickly and well before us. And what about the tapas we ordered? They were not worth our waiting, they were tasteless and unfresh. So we won't repeat...

Hemos comido hoy en este restaurante,ya que admiten mascotas y eso es maravilloso,de agradecer! Tema servicio muy mal,han tardado media hora en tomarnos nota desde que hemos llegado y porque les hemos llamado...entre un entrante y otro ha pasado mucho tiempo y traían las cosas a destiempo,en el postre mi marido pidió café y tarta de queso y le trajeron primero el café y no traian la tarta,de hecho se ha terminado tomando el café y al final no han traído la tarta(pero si la cobraron). Tema comida pedimos pulpo con papas y mojo que finalmente al llegar a la mesa no era mojo,sino aguacate aunque estaba muy bueno, después zamburiñas muy ricas y mi segundo eran carrilladas que estaban muy buenas...mi marido pidió entraña guiándose por los comentarios de la gente y muy mal,estaba muy seca y dura y la salsa era supuestamente teriyaki pero no era teriyaki,y si lo era estaba mala porque estaba muy líquida y sabía mucho a alcohol... Después yo pedí un coulant de chocolate blanco y al traerlo se veía recalentado, mi sorpresa al cortarlo es un bollo seco y duro, evidentemente llamo al camarero y le digo que eso no es un coulant y me dice que es casero y que igual no es lo que esperaba,digo no,es que un coulant es un bizcocho blandito que al partirlo chorrea el chocolate y aquí brillaba por su ausencia ningún tipo de líquido además de la sequedad del bollo...y me dice que va relleno de chocolate blanco y al ver mi cara de asombro ya me dice que si,que igual está un poco seco....que si quiero otra cosa...así que he pedido arroz con leche caramelizado y nada, el arroz estaba muy duro y de caramelizado nada....pero ya no he querido volver a llamarlos porque se ha dejado comer... Así que bueno el resumen es que si volvemos al Escorial no volveremos sintiéndolo mucho ya que el que admitan mascotas es un punto muy a favor...
