Worst dining experience of my life. Waited to be served for 20 minutes. The rude waitress that served us completely miss understood my entire order. I ordered 1 starter and 2 mains. She then came back with 2 starters, neither of which I had ordered, she then accused me of ordering asparagus instead of mushrooms, which I obviously did not. There was also a random plate of sausages brought along side the asparagus which I had never ordered and struggled to communicate with the waitress that this was also not ordered. Her attitude made us very uncomfortable. I even went to the extent of using google translate to try to communicate this issue, but she refused to translate for me. By the time the mains had arrived, we felt so uncomfortable and ready to leave that we requested to pay the bill. The service alone should be at a way higher standard at these prices at a Michelin recognised establishment, and although the food was ok nobody should ever be made to feel this uncomfortable as paying customers. Overall terrible place, I was so shocked it was even possible to get this bad in San Sebastian, I even went outside during the "meal" to double check if the Michelin plaque was fixed to the correct established, in which the last award...

We came in attracted by their tapas display. Each Tapas cost but you don't know the price of each item so beware because some are as pricey as 10€!! The service is very unfriendly, they appear just annoyed by the tourists. When asked how does the system work and how much would it cost, they just told us pick whatever and you will see... we were very skeptical the entire time, afraid of getting scammed in this tourist lot. We wanted to just relax after the food and finish our drinks but the matress just got us our bill and seemed like they wanted us out. We felt very rushed and the overall experience very unpleasent and uncomfortable. We are giving this place 2 stars because the food is quite good. The price was reasonable, cheaper than we were...

Hv to say the good is not bad but not much better than the other tapas restaurants around. No service at all, staffs on the floor asking us to take order at bar n staffs behind bar told us to sit down n order wif floor staffs. We have waited 15mins to be told floor staffs r off n we have to order at bar cuz they supposed to clock off at 4pm but still help working, but one of the staff taking ordering while we ordering at the bar lol .
