we recently stayed here. we had several issues---starting with check in... only one guest at a time can check in. Not real area to wait. They said we could go to the bar upstairs and they would come get us when we could check in. They did come get us. went back downstairs with luggage etc and then they said sorry. You have to wait again. Do you want to go back upstairs?? Room service breakfast-- cold eggs not what we ordered 3 days in a row got back to room one evening and our room had no electricity. It was midnight they still don't know why. We had to mI've to another room for the night. No one called us to follow up with the issue or to let us know the lights were working back in our old suite. Had to just go back and check Sink in our room didn't drain properly Bathtub would only fill by the hand held wand Elevator not working so we had to go to alley and use the service elevator with cleaning staff When we checked out no one bothered to address any of these concerns ask how our stay was etc Definitely would not stay there again or recommend it. High priced. Poor service

The terrace offers a lovely view, and the service is warm — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. If you’ve dined at any other Nobu location, you’ll immediately notice the difference. The food here simply doesn’t measure up. The iconic black cod miso even came with a pin bone — something we’ve never encountered at a Nobu before.

Not a single dish stood out, which was deeply disappointing given the high standards we associate with the brand. In a culinary destination like San Sebastián, where outstanding meals are the norm, dining here felt like a missed opportunity —...

The worst service I have ever had. The food was fine, but the service truly RUINED the meal and the pretty view. We were seated and it took 15 minutes to get a drink menu and water, it took thirty minutes of waiting between courses to get food, got our order wrong for two of our dishes, and the waiter was rude to us when we asked them to fix it. Two and a half hours of time WASTED. The crispy rice was good but the miso black cod tasted old and fishy. I will never eat at a nobu again because of our experience here.
