JERUSALEM RESTAURANT BARCELONA — Restaurant in Sant Adrià de Besòs

We came here for my friends birthday hoping for a nice experience and were so angry and upset with how this place treated us. We arrived and asked for a table and were told to wait. We waited 10 minutes and no one was telling us anything so we asked the waitress and she snapped at us to continue waiting. Then they seated us outside. Three people to a tiny table. The waitress took our order and came back with our drinks. We then waited 45 minutes for food that didn’t turn up. We asked three different staff members to check and they each said they would and all went back inside, ignored our request and did other jobs (we could see them from where we were sitting). We asked a third staff member who was so rude and aggresive saying he worked on the shisha not the food. In the end we went inside and asked for the bill for the drinks. The staff tried to persuade us to stay when they realised but we refused. Three people sitting in the cold waiting for food left hungry and disappointed. Do not believe the tik tok reviews about this place-...

This is great spot on the beachfront. The front of house is under a canvas with a traditional Bedouin layout.

The restaurant is frequented by many middle eastern patrons who do sit for a while.

The food is great and service while sometimes taking longer is really good. The food is halaal while the restaurant does serve alcohol.

The waitresses are really friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your visit.

A word of warning though that this place also servers the traditional Hookah pipe smoking setups and it is extremely popular. So if you are sensitive to smoke or don't like it all together you may not enjoy...

We came because we thought and heard it’s a good place and a nice meal but alll wroooonnngggggg!!!!!!! The girl who toke our order was rude and by the drinks forgot my tee and brought my friends cola and I waited for a long time after she brought us the food I asked about my tee and she said ja it’s coming and wenn food came she missed our 4breads I ordered with our kebab and I asked another person and said about my tee and the bread so the food was also not cooked well and the breads which came was from yesterday I think!!!

Very bad and worst experience in Barcelona never ever coming back and please don’t waste your time and money...
