Capeï Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Antoni de Portmany

SKIP THIS PLACE!Super small portions compared to the price. The waiter at the door (the gym guy) was not welcoming or friendly at all. We where at Tapas Ibiza the day before with Perfect service and food(TIP), so we where very disappointed that we chose the wrong spot this evening! It was not a busy evening around 22:00hrs. The waitress took our order.. Food came quite fast.

The main dishes where very plain with a small hand of fries, pathetic fast food style. They have a 0% salt policy:(.. Since there is no salt or pepper on the tables, and the LACK of service, we had to get the salt ourselves. The lamb role tasted very plain and for 22euro this was a pathetic dish, max 20fries🤣. After 40min still nobody of the staff asked us if everything was oke, so I walked to a waitress myself. She pointed to the manager, who was the only one that was very friendly and she resolved it! She handled my feedback very professional, so I compliment her for that! Train your staff, if people don't feel welcome they will spend their money elsewhere💯

This is a nice place for a cocktail only, the interior is very nice. We would never come back here! We will go to Tapas Ibiza again. Great personal and friendly service...

Don’t get me wrong the food here hit the spot, coupled with the amazing view of the west end a very nice dining experience. I ate the spicy chicken sandwich, and the Pulled BBQ brisket sandwich - I was very hungry😋. Both of which were tasty. My friend ordered 2 house salads (one was for a friend at the house) and a burger food was good. We had two waters, both of which we drank almost immediately and they sat unfilled the entire time. The restaurant didn’t appear busy but the service was lacking tremendously (food came on time and fast) though we only saw our server Laura when our food was ready and it was time to pay. In addition when charging our food we were paying half cash half card and I saw her type in the amount I told her it was 10€ over many times though she still charged me over. Only when I repeatedly told her it was the wrong amount and told her I was going to talk to the floor Manager she said I know I know 10€ over and handed me money from her pocket. I hope this isn’t a common occurrence as there are many drunk people in this area that can be easily taken advantage of. Please dine with caution though I still must admit the food is worth a...

We used to love this place for breakfast when we first came to Ibiza 4 years ago and Eggs Benedict was our favourite. Since re-opening after lockdown though the menu has changed and the food unfortunately as well. We had pancakes with eggs, sausages and bacon. The presentation was very plain. No garnishes, nothing special. Weren’t offered any salt and pepper either. Looking at other peoples plates they looked the same eg. Scrambled eggs on bread with no herbs, no salad on the side. The location is amazing so central and close to the beach with a nice view and the prices are reasonable given Ibiza is majorly overpriced anyway but you really have to step up your game cause we are not going to come back anytime soon after todays...
