O Beach Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Antoni de Portmany

I recently embarked on an epic adventure to the legendary O Beach Ibiza club, and oh boy, did it turn out to be a soul-tastic experience at their Soul Heaven pool party! 🕺☀️

The music? Oh, don't even get me started! The beats were so infectious that even the flamingos by the pool were attempting synchronized dance moves. I'm convinced I saw one attempt the moonwalk – perhaps a moonFLOAT is more accurate? 🌙🕺 The DJ was like a musical wizard, casting spells that made everyone dance their worries away. By the end of the day, I think I had burned more calories than I've consumed all week – a true win-win situation!

Speaking of burning, the sun was out in full force, blessing us with that perfect golden tan potential. I now have a shade of "Ibiza Bronze" that I'm certain Picasso would've incorporated into his palette if he'd visited. And let's not forget about the pool itself. Crystal-clear and larger than a celebrity's entourage, it was the epicenter of my aquatic shenanigans. I'd say I performed some pretty impressive synchronized water flips – or at least I'd like to think I did. 🏊‍♂️💦

Now, let's address the highlight of the party: the drinks! The cocktails flowed like a river of good times. My personal favorite was the "Soul Slammer," a concoction that seemed to have an entire rainbow of flavors packed into a single glass. It was so delicious that I momentarily considered taking up mixology as a side hustle. 🍹🌈

And the crowd! Oh, the Soul Heaven partygoers were a unique blend of energy, style, and pure unadulterated fun. I met more people from different corners of the globe than an international geography class. We shared dance moves, laughter, and even sunscreen – because, you know, SPF is the true language of friendship. ☀️🌍

As the day turned into night, the poolside transformed into a magical oasis illuminated by colorful lights, and the party simply refused to stop. If I had any doubts about whether unicorns existed, I'm pretty sure I saw one lounging by the bar, sipping on a mocktail.

In conclusion, my escapade to the Soul Heaven pool party at O Beach Ibiza was like a musical, sun-soaked dream. If you're looking for a good time, a great tan, and a chance encounter with a dancing flamingo, this is the place to be. So, pack your swimsuit, dancing shoes, and sunscreen, and get ready to boogie like nobody's...

The staff are shockingly rude here, I've genuinely experienced better customer service at mcdonalds. In the restaurant we were lied to about the availability of tap water (we would already be reaching the minimum spend of €50pp so unsure of the reason to lie other than to be difficult / squeeze another €6 out of us for water which you could actually get for free). My friend has a sesame intolerance and ordered the green curry after checking the allergen menu. The curry came covered in sesame seeds which it wasn't supposed to. She explained to the waiter she had checked the allergen menu and it didn't say sesame and that she couldn't eat it with the sesame seeds on, they offered no apology and said it was her fault because she didn't tell them she couldn't have sesame (what's the point of the allergen menu if it isn't accurate to the allergens?). We later made friends with another group of guests and put our bags in the storage at their table. My friends phone went missing from said storage and she asked security if there was lost property and he said she shouldn't have been at that table and so couldn't help with the missing phone. I don't understand this as we were invited to be there and lost property should be treated the same regardless of where you are sitting. A different staff member eventually revealed there was in fact a lost property and the phone was there so she did get it back luckily. It was nasty for security to lie to us initially and say there was nothing that could be done about the phone when there clearly was, security either didnt want to check lost property or took enjoyment from lying to stress her out. The only saving grace is the food in the restaurant was actually really nice (once served in line with the allergen menu) and the entertainment was good. Ibiza is expensive in general and that's fine/expected, but O'Beach isn't worth the premium, we basically paid to get bullied for the day. Hopefully the money we spent here will be put towards a personality transplant...

I'm hoping this email reaches some form of management because you really need to know about my stay this week during 16/07/24 - 19/07/24.

First of all I want to say what amazing staff you have all over the board! I arrived late as I missed my flight earlier on in the day and the member of staff you had at reception at the hotel instantly made me feel at ease after a stressful day. I was welcomed with smiles and laughter and automatically made me feel welcomed.

I was promptly given a key to my room and that was it. A beautiful check in process! I was amazed by the size and cleanliness of the room I had been given (309) what a lovely room it was!

The cleaners in the morning also so welcoming they all said good morning in Spanish with smiles on thier faces. I just instantly felt so at home it was just a lovely feeling.

Sometimes you can go to places and people who work at there can just see it as a job but you can tell the staff at ocean beach Ibiza are well trained and they see it as more than a job. They are generally happy to be there which I love to see! Even at breakfast you are tended to quickly the food comes out to perfection and how you like it. It's just simply amazing! What a hotel! It's Litterally the full package and I can not wait to return.

The staff at the ocean beach club also are amazing! You're greeted with smiles straight away and security are so helpful. I can not commend security enough! So please send my thanks to them also. They helped to usher out unwanted females in our section which was amazing. So professional thier happy and again they do thier job so good. I just wanted to reach out and tell you how proud you should be of the staff you have from the club to the hotel. Just for that experience alone I will return and become a regular.
